We told him what we were looking for and he spent a great deal of time with us. Frank was kind enough to show me a couple of cars which I quickly realized that I was too small for. On Thursday February 12th, we returned to the dealership to meet with Frank and test drive a 328i. I loved it! Frank showed me all the many features of the car and I felt that it was the right one for me. Frank took his time and he got the deal! I'm very pleased with the service and even more so with the skill of my salesman, Frank! More

Later I drifeted to Lexus and was very satisfied, until I went with my son to look at a BMW 5 series and was blown away with the the professionalism of the staff at BMW of Owings Mills. The BMW 5 series felt like home! I was on the back seat on purpose and it felt so comfortable. It is a very powerful machine, we went in to look at a 535 X for my son, and thanks to the excellent work of Angel Casas our sales rep and Keny the sales manager, we not only got my son his 535 X, but I also traded my 2014 Lexus ES 350 on the same day! Kenny was extremely helpful in helping me pick the correct vehicle by providing multiple test drives and also his broad BMW knowledge. He really is an A+ team member and I can't thank him enough for providing honest and informative feedback to my questions and concerns. I settled on a wonderful 2-series and couldn't be happier. I did a European Delivery which Kenny and Angel organized. Everything was smooth as silk and I was able to do a week of driving in Bavaria. Kenny and Angel provided great communication and treated me like a VIP through the whole process. On delivery day at the dealer, the team seemed just as excited as I was about my new car. Again, a very smooth and painless process. I really can't praise the dealership enough. After dealing with others in the Washington DC area, I still drive an hour from my house to deal with Northwest BMW. They are that good and are worth it. Superior knowledge, customer service, and pricing! How can you beat that? More
