Best experience ever. I had been in the market for 3 months searching for my new car. Unlike other salesperson, I got a sense of integrity from Karen. Due to her friendliness, I drove 50 minutes away from my home passing 3 other BMW dealerships just to meet Karen. Karen helped me to find my car at a great price and the other staff of Northwest were great in helping me through the whole process. I wa told by a satisfied customer I met in your parking lot to ask for Angel, with whom he had just made a purchase, and was quite satisfied with. After waiting for Angel, who was tied up with a customer, I was approached by Kenny Hobbs. Where do I begin with Kenny. He is simply.........Outstanding! I knew after just a few minutes that this was where I was going to buy my car. I was smitten! He is extremely personable, and makes you feel like you are part of his family (not BMW family, his real family!) He said with the uttmost confidence, that he would make it work for me.
