Best experience ever. I had been in the market for 3 months searching for my new car. I had tried to work with several other dealers, including BMW dealerships to find my I had been in the market for 3 months searching for my new car. I had tried to work with several other dealers, including BMW dealerships to find my car of interest. I had given up hope and decided to purchase an Audi until I spoke with Karen. Unlike other salesperson, I got a sense of integrity from Karen. Due to her friendliness, I drove 50 minutes away from my home passing 3 other BMW dealerships just to meet Karen. Karen helped me to find my car at a great price and the other staff of Northwest were great in helping me through the whole process. I have recommended Karen and Northwest to 3 other people that I know are currently looking to purchase. More

I wa told by a satisfied customer I met in your parking lot to ask for Angel, with whom he had just made a purchase, and was quite satisfied with. After waiting for Angel, who was tied up with a customer, I was approached by Kenny Hobbs. Where do I begin with Kenny. He is simply.........Outstanding! I knew after just a few minutes that this was where I was going to buy my car. I was smitten! He is extremely personable, and makes you feel like you are part of his family (not BMW family, his real family!) He said with the uttmost confidence, that he would make it work for me. Outstanding preowned car purchase experience I went to the dealership after seeing a car advertised online. I didn't like that car but Angel helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He spent good quality time with me to answer all my questions and to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase.
