just by chance thought i would pull onto the bmw car lot and see what's new. after a quick pep of all the cars from the 3's thru 8's, mr casas welcomed me and asked thought i would pull onto the bmw car lot and see what's new. after a quick pep of all the cars from the 3's thru 8's, mr casas welcomed me and asked if he could help me. we talked cars for awhile, i thanked him and got in my car to leave. well, my car would not start! mr casas called service department to assist me with my car. they could not get started. found out bad starter over $1000 repair. left my car on the lot, went home and returned the next day. "why put that money into repairs instead of a new car?" mr casas asked. made sense to me. today i am a happy owner of a brand new bmw thanks to the fine service mr cases provided me. i love a happy ending :-) thank you sooooooooooo much mr. angel casas !!!!!!!!!!!!! carey bridgers More
