He found the exact color(mineral grey exterior with coral red interior), style(m-sport awd), and with every option(heating package, m-sport, tech, 403m wheels, park assist, and more) that I wanted. Once found he was able to have the car transferred over. I must say that this is one of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a car. My salesman Melvin Bay is one of the most professional and knowledgeable guy I have dealt with. He answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. He was even answering his text and getting back to me well after working hours to make sure I was comfortable and had no reservations in buying the car. Since I was traveling from North Carolina to purchase the car he made sure all my concerns were addressed before I came up. When I got there, all the staff were very friendly and greeted me. The place had a very good vibe and I felt very relax and comfortable. Went for a test drive, did all the paperwork, went over the car and the options it had, then headed home. The best buying experience!!! Even though I live 6 hours away my next car purchase will be at Northwest BMW. Im a customer for life.
