I found and old business card that I had from Venol Burke, who was then at another dealership. After contacting him, he advised that he was now at Northwest BMW. I was a bit nervous because in 2014 I had a not so nice experience with one of the sales reps who in no longer employed there at Northwest. Mr. Burke assured me that he would look out for my best interest and we scheduled a meeting. Mr. Burke operated with such a high degree of reassurance and integrity, that I was blown away. After one week, I drove off with my little piece of my "ultimate" driving 228xdrive. Enjoying my first week in my "Ultimate" driving experience and recommend Mr. Burke and Northwest BMW to anyone considering taking this leap! More

The prompt, straightforward, FRIENDLY, GENUINE service and price at Northwest BMW was head and shoulders above all of the interactions I've had with two other dealers in MD (Towson and Catonsville). I can not recommend dealing with Karen enough if you are looking for a great sales person who will treat you (and your time, and money) with respect. She was amazing! My husband is in sales and agrees with me wholeheartedly. Thank you Karen and Northwest! Their service department, has also been wonderful to deal with as I have a loaner until my new lease arrives (being shipped in from out of state). More

Bad experience I always wanted a Bmw but the experience I received was not good at this dealership.I found a car that I liked but after 3 days of driving the vehicle I always wanted a Bmw but the experience I received was not good at this dealership.I found a car that I liked but after 3 days of driving the vehicle I noticed the visor mirror was shattered,so I notified the salesman Dunneille Anderson who said they would not fix it because I should have noticed it before I bought it.I explained to him that who checks to see if the mirror is shattered in the visor when buying a car.Like I told him I didn't by Chevy or a cheaper made car I bought the ultimate driving machine, so I expected a better experience from this dealership.I didn't expect to start off with this bad experience especially since I waited 16 years to save & build my credit to a 750 credit score to buy a Bmw & this is how you treat a good client.I would never refer this dealership to anyone.Bmw is a great car I just expected great professionalism as well.. Lousy second experience I bought 3 cars from this dealer in past 6 months. 2 X5 vehicles and one 320xi sedan. My first experience was great and I left positive feedback. Unfo I bought 3 cars from this dealer in past 6 months. 2 X5 vehicles and one 320xi sedan. My first experience was great and I left positive feedback. Unfortunately, I cannot leave the same review again after coming back 2 more times. John Kim is absolutely arrogant and a flat out liar. He never showed interest to make a sale, sounded like a jerk in emails and if I asked something he didn't like he offered money back and got very defensive. He's the reason I will not be back or refer anyone back to buy a new car from here. Told me and my mom that would give her floor mats with purchases of x5 and after my parents were there to take delivery he told them that he never said that which was a flat out lie. I emailed him about it and he never responded the guy is truly worthless . Despite the fact that I pretty much sold my parents the car myself without him even saying a word I never even got as much of a thank you for your business email or call. Nic Brown is outstanding and I would recommend dealing with him only. Unfortunately John kim works at Northwest and represents them so I cannot leave him a good review if he doesn't deserve it. Not mention the fact that the original car we ordered was hit by dealership driver on there a lot day of the delivery. Terrible More
