Worst experience and lack of professionalism Bought a car from this dealer and had them ship it. On the phone they were very accommodating and wanted to do anything to earn the sale. As soon as they received money for deal they forgot how to deal with a customer!!! Lied to about when car was to be shipped and when the car finally came was damaged!!! Went and had it appraised for damage and damage is over $2500!!! Have called, emailed and texted salesperson and management and have been ignored!!! If this is the way they do business watch out and buy from someone else!!!!!!!!!!!!! To rate them with one star is actually giving them too much credit but won't post if you don't give at least one star More

Nic is a very rude and unprofessional sales manager I'm an out of state buyer and I inquired about a used car listing. I asked 4 times for them to walk around the car and send me detailed pictures of an I'm an out of state buyer and I inquired about a used car listing. I asked 4 times for them to walk around the car and send me detailed pictures of any dings, scuffs, curb rash, touch-ups, or imperfections on the vehicle. I also asked them for service records. All I received were general photos of the vehicle without what I had asked for. They also sent me the Carfax and the warranty repair history. Granted they were high resolution and nice, they did not capture what I had asked. I mean how hard is it? The first thing someone does when they walk on the lot is look for these types of imperfections. Because I'm 200 miles away, I asked someone to do it for me. Is it that hard to put themselves in my shoes? When I expressed frustration, Nic told me that I lacked patience and that he would have no trouble selling the car because it was discontinued and at a very competitive price. Maybe he's stuck in the 90s, but we have ways to tell whether the prices are competitive online (it was just average) and I don't need some lame sales pitch. I've bought about a dozen cars in the last 3 years for friends and family - sight unseen. I wished him good luck on his sale and told him we were done. His response: "Luck not needed…you might need it finding a Z4 at that price." (Nice professional response, haha) So perhaps they have a higher standard of sales service for local customers, but if you're out of state, don't waste your time. I will take my money elsewhere. I deal with enough xxxxxxxxxx all day trading stocks and bonds. Don't need it when I'm shopping. Sales associate Anthony Jones who sent me the photos was very nice though. He remained very professional and admit to me that he was just starting, lacking experience. He even apologized. I like him. Unfortunately Nic, the manager, doesn't have such an excuse. More
Part not in when promised; Northwest makes up for it. I needed a new rim and was promised it would be there and installed while I waited. I found out part was not in and was given a beautiful X1 for two days while car was being tended to. Picked up my car and it was washed and vacuumed and I felt like I was getting in a new car. The personnel made me feel very special. Quite impressed!! They made the most of what could have been a very inconvenient experience. More
