They treated my husband and I with kindness and they actually cared on what we were looking for in a vehicle. They let us decide and they just helped guide us. Pleasant and Knowledgeable Staff Before I was ready to purchase, I visited NWBMW to take a look see. The salesperson was verybpleasant and knew a lot about the vehicles. He also made a follow up call to me to see if I had changed my mind because I didn't take a test drive that day and to remind me of the 2016 warranty. I purchased the car of my dreams and though I am new to the BMW Family, the staff is very friendly with a "feels like home vibe" and the service appears impeccable! More
