I have purchased ALL six of my vehicles from this dealership. I have and will continue to purchase from this dealership. My home is approximately 3 miles from another BMW dealership, but I will drive 14 miles one-way for great customer service. Thank you, Eric, Marvin in used cars sales, and the Service Team of Jeremy, Mark, Michelle and the Bob H in Finance. The Parts Dept is great.. thank you, Darius, Nick, Corbin, and for the first point of contact are the operators, cashiers thank you India, and Regime for always greeting me with a smile. SCAM ALERT! DO NOT BUY HERE! SCAM ALERT! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I bought a "Certified Pre-Owned" 2014 BMW 550i XDrive form them that they had advertised on autotrade SCAM ALERT! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I bought a "Certified Pre-Owned" 2014 BMW 550i XDrive form them that they had advertised on autotrader. I bought the car online and was assured it was in perfect condition before it was shipped. Having completed the paperwork I was told the car would ship the same day and would be shipped by the best possible carrier. Two days later when I called the car still had not been picked up. I called back twice more before they would give me the carriers info. When I called it just went to an individual's voice mail. I finally heard from the driver several days later. He barely spoke english and asked me to come pick up the car at a Car Max in town so he could make less stops. Not exactly the BMW delivery experience I have come to known. I declined and asked for the car to be delivered as required. When it finally arrived it was far from the perfect condition I had been promised. It arrived with a big dent in the passenger door, a peppered front bumper, very dirty and worst of all when I tried to start it up and drive it, the car had a "Drivetrain Malfunction" alert. When I called my sales rep to alert him, his advice was "I should drive it around for awhile and it should go away." What?! I called my local BMW dealership and they said to bring it in right away. I did. It has been initially diagnosed with a bad fuel pump and will undergo further testing once replaced. When I called Northwest back they put me on the phone with their service department who had no options for a resolution and instead just said, "It wasn't like that when it left you'll have to sort it out." I have called them 4 times since and asked to speak with the Management or Ownership, but no one has taken my call or called me back. I have filed a complaint with BMW North America and will update this review as more information comes to light. MOST IMPORTANTLY I DON't WANT ANYONE TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO. AVOID THESE GUYS! More

Great Cars, lackluster aftersale I purchased a CPO BMW from this dealership last month. The sale was smooth and the pricing was fair. they even offered more for my trade than I expect I purchased a CPO BMW from this dealership last month. The sale was smooth and the pricing was fair. they even offered more for my trade than I expected. After the sale, I've had a few issues. One issue is that I had to come back 3 separate times to resign paperwork due to mistakes on the paperwork. I was shown a CarFax report when purchasing the vehicle, but not provided a copy of the report to keep. I called, but have not yet received a response in over a week. So I just ended up paying the $40 to purchase the CarFax report myself because I needed it for an insurance claim after someone backed into my car (in the first week of ownership) to prove no prior accidents to the insurer for diminished value. Eric Lowery is very friendly, but he is IMPOSSIBLE to reach by phone after the sale. After leaving many voicemails, I have still not received a callback from Eric. The service department is great and most of the "add-ons" being sold (protection packages, etc...) appear to be more reasonably priced at this dealership compared to other BMW dealers with the exception of the maintenance package. The real gem of this dealership is the very helpful and friendly "BMW Genius" Roy Dennis. He has done his best to provide me with the answers that I need at every visit. This dealership has it's ups and downs. I think the pricing is fair and the service is above average, but to really make this an outstanding experience, the upper level management needs to improve their after sale follow-up and communication with customers. I will be in the market for a BMW hatchback in the future for my wife. I will consider this dealership for that purchase, but I'm looking for a dealer with better communication. More

Excellent I had been to 2 other dealerships looking for a similar BMW and Northwest was the most friendly nonpushing and willing to work in my budget. On the Te I had been to 2 other dealerships looking for a similar BMW and Northwest was the most friendly nonpushing and willing to work in my budget. On the Test drive he told me to drive the vehicle like I do normally because it is an investment you will be driving for a while and make sure you like how it handles for your specific style of driving. I have test driven 15 different vehicle with my wife in the past 6 months and this is the only dealer that has said that to me. The entire car but process was incredibly easy. From the time I walked in the show room to the time I left was 2.5 hrs. I will be recommending this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used BMW. More
