Mr. Wagle, Thank you for your honest comments. We want to address all your issues and concerns. We take all customer service comments very seriously. 1. Shipping a. I will talk with the shipping company directly. We expect the shipping company to deliver the car to the address agreed upon. Never should you have to go to a different location to pick up your new car. 2. Detail a. Northwest BMW will pay for a new detail. Please send me a copy of your bill and we will sent you a check. 3. Drivetrain Malfunction a. This issue we take very seriously. Northwest BMW has a firm policy that all cars new and certified pre-owned be examined. Each car is inspected by our sales team as well as our Genius’. We showed no errors upon leaving our dealership. However with your permission, we will have our Service Manger reach out to the BMW dealer in CO where you had the car serviced. Northwest BMW would like to get an update on the error. b. Upon your initial call, our team discussed your concern with BMW service; the immediate response to the DriveTrain Malfunction alert was due to the altitude change. We also suggested that if the error persists, please go to your local BMW dealership immediately. Should you have any additional issues/concerns, please contact us immediately.
