Worst Experience Ever! I am convinced that this dealership should go out of business due to the way they turned one of the easiest transaction into one of the worst experien I am convinced that this dealership should go out of business due to the way they turned one of the easiest transaction into one of the worst experiences of my life. I traveled passed several BMW dealerships to this one due the fact that they had a 2018 X3 with everything I wanted in it. Not that they help me realize that with the basic listing on their website. I took the VIN and learned more via a BMW VIN Decoder. Maybe it was due to me making the mistake of using the same person who they shipped me off to because of my lower credit score. Dealerships tend to treat you in a subpar manner based on your credit, but my situation is different due to a 6 figure salary and plenty of financial resources. I opted to utilize those resources once I saw the way I was being handled by the sales staff and only purchased my 2018 BMW X3 from this dealer due to not wanting to wait for a special order at one of my local dealers. This dealership treated me like TRASH and then turned it around on me and said that there is just nothing they can do to please me after dropping the ball on everything possible such as BMW Assist set up, etc. Everyone from the reception staff the BMW Geniuses were rude and unavailable. I literally had to drive for a few days without use of a lot of the services in the vehicle and figure out how to use the features on my own. Although the BMW Genius from another BMW dealer in Suitland, MD did step in to assist once I realized the one from Northwest could care less about assisting me. More
From sales to service I've had a great experience I think if anyone is interested in Buying a BMW owe it to themselves to go to Northwest BMW, this is my fourth BMW three from Northwest BMW. The staf I think if anyone is interested in Buying a BMW owe it to themselves to go to Northwest BMW, this is my fourth BMW three from Northwest BMW. The staff, Karen Anderson whom I purchased two of my vehicles from was great, she worked hard to satisfy my requests. George Berkowitz the sales manager is awesome. The service department from Michelle Harris to the service manager Marshall Fallon also did a great job in taking care of my service needs. From my 2011-535, to the 2018 640, I've had nothing less than a great experience with the entire staff. More

As soon I arrived he had a rental car ready for me, I was never use to this cain of service from other!! Then the same thing happen with my wifes car and now with my second oil change ,the service was 10 out of 10. Every one was polite and professional. Buying a car was so easy, smooth & painless!! Jordan Ayres was our sales associate and is so friendly, honest, and understanding. We were not planning on buying a car until the end of summer/beg of fall but he listened to our needs and took the time to research and look up the different options which may suit our needs. He did not pressure us into anything and respectfully gave us the time to think over privately about which car we maybe interested in. When we decided what car we wanted and had to begin the paperwork process I was very hesitant because it was very close to the time of when the dealership closed and I did not want the paperwork to take for ever and I was reassured that it would not be that bad and it was not a problem at all. I honestly can not say better things about the experience and overall process. I will continue to highly recommend him to family and friends. More
