When I arrived, I met Duane and asked for Brandon. Duane explained that Brandon was assisting another customer and asked how he could help. He walked me through how to pair my device with my car and showed me how everything operated. As Duane assisted me, Brandon came out and the two of them made sure I was comfortable with my car's technology. Brandon even took the time to program my garage door opener. They were patient, kind, and thoughtful. While I did not purchase my car from Northwest BMW, I would certainly consider doing so from Duane in the near future.
