From the initial call with George to Karen's consistent (pre and post purchase) nurturing/customer care to David's "genius" expertise; I have dealt with several dealerships and have never had such a pleasant experience. It was straightforward with a significant dose of sincerity and true customer centered approach. My 4 hours of driving were well worth it and I would never use another dealership. I had her undivided attention. I was really overwhelmed by the magnitude of the options and the gravity of a decision to purchase a luxury vehicle. Karen is a seasoned client advisor who knew how to advise and support me while delivering an amazing BMW buying experience for me. Other staff I encountered was welcoming and pleasant. The managers and finance manager were also pleasant and helpful. Another employee, David Brown, is outstanding and so personable as well. It was his job to explain the features and help me navigate handling the new technology in my loaner BMW. He made me feel so comfortable. He is also a 5 star employee!!! It was a very long day there, but they all made me feel very comfortable. Additionally, the BMW experience offers amazing perks!!!! I would dfeinitely recommend Karen to my friends and family. More
