She was patient, professional, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and understanding. A decision of this magnitude is not to be taken lightly by someone who has worked hard for my accomplishments. I had her undivided attention. I was really overwhelmed by the magnitude of the options and the gravity of a decision to purchase a luxury vehicle. Karen is a seasoned client advisor who knew how to advise and support me while delivering an amazing BMW buying experience for me. Other staff I encountered was welcoming and pleasant. The managers and finance manager were also pleasant and helpful. Another employee, David Brown, is outstanding and so personable as well. It was his job to explain the features and help me navigate handling the new technology in my loaner BMW. He made me feel so comfortable. He is also a 5 star employee!!! It was a very long day there, but they all made me feel very comfortable. Additionally, the BMW experience offers amazing perks!!!! I would dfeinitely recommend Karen to my friends and family. More

Most rewarding dealership experience to date I recently had to start looking for a new car as my old one had been rear ended for the 3rd time since purchasing it in 2015. I walked in around 1150hrs on July 4th, and was out the door with a detailed vehicle and keys by 1345 hours.
