My sister had forwarded me a link for a 2018 M240i convertible and although it had everything I wanted in my first BMW, I was in California and the car was in Maryland. Not really sure where to even start, I sent an availability inquiry through the dealer website. Karen promptly called me and walked me through the entire purchase and transportation options. Karen was patient with all of my questions and often returned phone calls late at night for her. Karen went above and beyond to ease my concern about buying a car sight unseen and I'm forever grateful to her. I was less impressed with the Finance guy who refused to let me put down a lower down payment and than didn't have the sense to confirm California sales tax before completing all of the paperwork. Resulting in an additional $1,000+ payment I had to pay. The car took longer to arrive due to some horrible winter weather but those were unexpected circumstances. The vehicle was sold as new although it was used as a service loaner, which was fully disclosed to me during the purchase process. The body of the car was pristine just as the pictures showed. Unfortunately there were limited pictures of the interior and there was damage in the back that was not disclosed in addition the wind deflector was missing. Karen has promised the wind deflector and speaker cover will be sent to me. There is also damage to the driver door that will need repair. More

He knows his stuff and ensured that even if I didn’t get the tremendous amount of info he explained regarding the operation of my vehicle that he is always available anytime should I need a refresher. Although I did not work with Michelle Jackson during this visit, she is nothing less than amazing whenever I need to visit service and she has been and will continue to be my only service advisor! We found a car we thought we loved but I change mind on the color at the very last minute which caused everyone to do double work and paper work to be done over.
