Left the dealership with a giant smile! Buying a car is usually quite a chore. However, the experience that I had at Northwest BMW was amazing. My salesperson, Karen Anderson was terrific. Buying a car is usually quite a chore. However, the experience that I had at Northwest BMW was amazing. My salesperson, Karen Anderson was terrific. She took as much time as we needed, made sure we got all of our questions answered, took us on a great test drive, explained all of the features in the car and truly treated us like her family. She was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her. In addition to Karen, Tyrone Greene, the sales manager, made our experience a great one. After buying my first BMW at Northwest, my husband and I actually left there with smiles on our faces. When we came to pick up the car, Nate, one of the genius', spent an hour with us totally explaining how to use all of the features of the car. He was wonderful-courteous, kind and extremely knowledgeable. It's so nice to see that there are still such nice young men around like Nate. As true asset to the company. More
