Kenny's offer slaughtered competing bids right out of the gate. Given my history with another dealer, I gave them a chance to counter. Their offer barely met the payment, but sacrificed benefits, after hours of negotiation... For those keeping track, I spent maybe two hours, maybe, over a few weeks total thanks to snow storms, working with Northwest, and the other dealer took easily 3x that amount in one stent but couldn't match while applying pressure to make a decision. Signed, sealed... And then Angel - the epitome of laid-back, polite, and focused support. We sealed the purchase, on a car from a different lot, via text messages on his own cell after answering a variety of questions from me, always patiently. Delivered. Never once was there pressure from anyone, ever. They were knowledgable, patient -- a fault cannot be found. Northwest is now my dealer, after nearly 5 years else where. More

Lease my second BMW from Northwest Drove 250 miles to get here. This is the second BMW I've leased from Northwest and my fourth BMW lease overall. This was a savings of about $1000 for the best offer from a Virginia dealer- most of which was the difference in "Processing Fees" and Gross Receipts Tax. I'll be back for my next one in 2018. More

We told him what we were looking for and he spent a great deal of time with us. Frank was kind enough to show me a couple of cars which I quickly realized that I was too small for. On Thursday February 12th, we returned to the dealership to meet with Frank and test drive a 328i. I loved it! Frank showed me all the many features of the car and I felt that it was the right one for me. Frank took his time and he got the deal!
