This was an airbag recall service. Mobil was not available, but the dealership agreed to send someone over to pick up my car and bring it back afterwards. This dealership is an insult to the automotive industry, and and poor showing of customer values. I was ready to travel about 100 miles to them, because at first, they seemed genuine. To say that their evaluation was insulting, would be a gross understatement. And to top if off, they lie to you, and treat you as if there isn't a world of information available on the internet. This review got the attention of a sales manager pretty quickly. I've called back twice, but there's no voicemail to leave a message and the woman that answers the phone just tells you "I don't know where he his". Nothing really to discuss here. Out of three dealers, your trade value was 10k lower. You came up with this story of available incentives and rebates, and when I asked where you got that info from (because I was looking right at the manufacturer website) there was no answer. You couldn't give me a car now. To make matters worse, they knew I was a disabled veteran when we started the process. Is this how they treat us on a regular basis? More

My car had a recall that could be fixed with a SW update (ECU reprogram). Organizing the appointment was easy and also dropping it off, very friendly and professional. They sent me a video with the results (ECU reprogram). Organizing the appointment was easy and also dropping it off, very friendly and professional. They sent me a video with the results of a multipoint inspection, nice idea to do it this way. All was fixed and done very quick. My only complaint is that they lost paperwork that I gave them in the morning when I dropped off the car. As long as I pass the emissions now without having that I’m fine. More
