I think that you should quote a time to be twice what you expect it to be done so that your clients aren’t disappointed in longer than anticipated wait time. Also said no to car wash as I knew that would ta expect it to be done so that your clients aren’t disappointed in longer than anticipated wait time. was having a vibration issue. was told 2 front wheels were bent. sent them out for service, got car back 4 days later. speeds needed to exceed 60mph to test issue. over weekend d was told 2 front wheels were bent. sent them out for service, got car back 4 days later. speeds needed to exceed 60mph to test issue. over weekend drove 260 miles round trip tournament. had same issue returned on monday. was told now both passenger sides were bent this time come back n 2 days to get loaner and fix issue. dropped off vehicle and was returned the next day in the afternoon. no more issues. much appreciated, and realized after original service i hit a pothole in construction zone on the way home. On my 3rd BMW and since 2013 have and will continue to bring my vehicles here for service More
