Initially I was not going to respond but since I keep getting the survey I’ve decided to share my experience. In July I purchased a used 2022 BMW X2, this was my first time at BMW Orland. When I came getting the survey I’ve decided to share my experience. In July I purchased a used 2022 BMW X2, this was my first time at BMW Orland. When I came in there were two guys talking, no one asked if I need help, I walked passed them and ended up at the register. A lady told me that I needed to speak to one of the two guys that I just passed. Nick was one and I didn’t get the name of the other guy. In my opinion Nick was not very approachable, I tried to have small talk but as a first time owner and customer I didn’t get that warm, cozy feeling. I felt like I was a bother, I felt like my pre owned BMW was not worthy lol. Nick told me it would be several hours before my car was ready. I told him that I was going to go to Best Buy to kill some time. I expected that he would have asked me if I needed a ride but I didn’t get that extension of courtesy l, so I walked. I got his call to say the car was ready and I walked back. When I got back, I asked Nick if BMW had the capability of dropping off and picking someone up? If they in fact didn’t want to sit and wait in the showroom for 3 or 4 hours. This is something that I grew accustomed to with Lincoln. His response was that if there is an available porter then it’s a possibility. I just think he could have said that when I told him I was walking. Something like, we offer this service but unfortunately right now we are unstaffed or there is no one available to take you or pick you up. I just feel the customer service aspect that I expected for a BMW dealership was not there and I’ll just spend my money somewhere else. Sincerely Thomas Phelps tphelps66@yahoo.com More
I have had all my service requirements on my 2020 228 Gran Coupe done at BMW of Orland Park for the last three years and am very happy with the service and the ease of scheduling an appointment. Even whe Gran Coupe done at BMW of Orland Park for the last three years and am very happy with the service and the ease of scheduling an appointment. Even when very busy, the service department works very hard to limit waiting time. It's always nice to pick up a serviced vehicle that has been washed as well. More

Great Experience. I think it really could be better. I am not sure what goes on but I saw a lot of people come in after me but leave before me. Went in their for a oil change on November 8 2024, they were so concerned about me getting new brakes which I just got a year ago making all the reason I need new brakes took the tire off and everything to were so concerned about me getting new brakes which I just got a year ago making all the reason I need new brakes took the tire off and everything to sell these brake pads that on Monday November 11, 2024 my dashboard lights up with warning ⚠️ about needing coolant then when I called to talk to a manager he lies about the weather and his car does this all the time, mines never done this and this is the fourth winter I’m going into with my car, I had to call another BMW dealership to make sure I wasn’t going crazy and they tells me they just didn’t add it and was supposed to, I know once the manager said just come back we will add it I knew they messed up cause when is bmw given out free anything please just go to westmont to get your service done cause orland is money hungry More
