Hello, I went to the dealership to have an oil change performed on my car. That was handled just fine. When I prepared to leave I noticed the car seemed to be "tilting" a bit and brought it to the atte performed on my car. That was handled just fine. He said, "Yes, you have a hole in the front drivers side tire, your sales associate didn't tell you?" and proceeded to assist me. I was disappointed that something re: safety and obviously a necessity wasn't brought to my attention DURING the appointment & prior to me closing out. My associate was Liz. More

Liz was very professional and courteous. She got me through the paperwork quickly and was able to get me a driver to get back home. When I called to ask about the suggested repair work the call went to voicemail, so I called again and told the receptionist I wanted to talk to her personally before declining or accepting service. I know it’s a busy place there, so I got there early in the morning. Everything went fine and Liz was doing her job. It’s just that the suggested repair work confused me, because I was told I should get all new tires. I have the run on flat ones which I did replace through Zeigler. The report said no damage on all tires. I don’t like how things were on the report that don’t need to be done, but were suggested as if they were urgent. Like a leaky gasket when I see no evidence on my garage floor. I ended up just getting the oil change and new filters. Total was $275! I appreciate having the drivers available, but I will be getting my checkups somewhere other than this dealership next year. More
