James was amazing with helping me! I was able to get in and out with my loaner while they repaired a recall on my vehicle. He answered all of my questions and even had a suggestion on I was able to get in and out with my loaner while they repaired a recall on my vehicle. He answered all of my questions and even had a suggestion on how to fix my Android Auto issues! He called me when there was an issue with my car and provided me with updates. I called on the weekend and didn't leave a message, just wanted to check on my vehicle. Two days later, I received a follow up call to make sure that I was helped. Excellent customer service! Service was excellent and above my expectations. Out of convenience over the last 18 years as a BMW owner I was been using the BMW service center close to my house. I am now changing to Orland Park Out of convenience over the last 18 years as a BMW owner I was been using the BMW service center close to my house. I am now changing to Orland Park Zeigler BMW service center. The service was day and night treated with respect and the car was ready when I needed it. We currently own 2 BMWs and will be going to Ziegler's from now on. More

My wife has always wanted a Beamer! Being the Amazing Husband that I am, I decided it was to get her one LMAO. We arrived at Orland Park BMW just before the snow storm Friday night and we were working with Huda, an amazing young lady that was extremely knowledgable about the Beamer the wife fell in love with. I am not one to buy cars often and am not a fan of the process. That being said, Huda did an amazing job at working with us by making the Wife happy and me not a wreck lol.
