Shopped around at several dealers for a new BMW, knew exactly what I wanted for options and price point. Norwood got my business because of the sales associate I interacted with, Jay Garant. I've been buying cars for 20 years, and I've never had a better experience. He was courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, responsive, genuine and transparent. These are qualities you just don't find in car salesmen these days. Jay quickly assessed my needs, test drove a car with me, and configured a built to order car per my specs. Agreeing on a price was also straightforward, and accomplished by email and phone with minimal hassle. Norwood didn't have the absolute best price in the area, but was very close. Another dealer I won't name tried to undercut them at the last moment, but dealing with their salesman was much less pleasant and felt constantly like a hostile negotiation. With Jay, the process felt clean and friendly, with both sides understanding each other's constraints. That professional style has value for me, and earned my business. If you're in the market for a new BMW, I would highly recommend Jay and Norwood BMW for your next purchase or lease. I have no affiliation with them, and am actually a loyal Audi driver. This prejudice made Jay's job with me even harder, and the fact that I closed the deal with him speaks to his professionalism and interpersonal skill. More

I bought my car at this dealership in 2006 and always dealt with Stan or assigned service advisor. 6 years later I still deal with Stan. He is always approachable, sincere, honest and professional. When dealt with Stan or assigned service advisor. 6 years later I still deal with Stan. He is always approachable, sincere, honest and professional. When my car was in warranty and out of warranty Stan always makes sure his customers are satisfied. Stan will take your car for a ride if necessary to ensure he understood the problem. BMW Sudbury is closer to where I live but management at Gallery is far better than Sudbury. People like Stan makes BMW proud in a way that wants you to continue to buy BMW from Gallery Norwood. More
Went to this dealer for an inspection sticker, should be simple enough right? while waiting I received a phone call advising me that I do not have a front license plate therefore I would fail the inspecti simple enough right? while waiting I received a phone call advising me that I do not have a front license plate therefore I would fail the inspection. I advised her that the front plate is in the trunk. I did not have the time to install it because the vehicle was just purchased. She then told me that they can not install the plate because it does not have a front bracket. A 2011 5 series does not have a front plate bracket? So bmw manufactured this vehicle with a rear bracket but left out a front one. I think not.. This was a pitty way to extract $65.00 from me. this is what I was told would cost for a new bracket and installation of the bracket. She then told me that i could install it myself. At this point i went outside and noticed that the vehicle does have a front bracket.. wow this amazing. I took the screwdriver that came with the vehicle and installed it in about 2 minutes. She then tells me that they did not notice that the bracket was there. hmmm. At this time I paid for the sticker, went outside and took possession of my vehicle. I noticed that there was bird droppings on the hood and paperwork throne in the front seat. they never bothered to put the paperwork in the envelope and back in the glovebox where they found it. And no courtesy wash or vacuum, last time I was at a BMW dealership and a Nissan , I received a courtesy wash and drove away with no bird droppings. I left this dealership felling like I drive a Hyundai with two hundred thousand miles. I will not be visiting this dealership in the future. Dishonesty does not bode well with me.. I will take my business elsewhere . I guess courtesy does not exist here. O yea the greater was nice . More
Every aspect of the dealership was superlative. Working with Joe Shuman, Manny Menasha and Eric Brennan made the sale a wonderful experience. When we picked the car up Joe Shuman spent over two hours going over every detail of the car. There is no reason to shop anywhere else!! More
Adrian has been my go to guy for BMWs, whether I am looking for used or new. He is patient, relaxed, and courteous. He is also very knowledgeable about the cars. He answers all of my questions and cons looking for used or new. He is patient, relaxed, and courteous. He is also very knowledgeable about the cars. He answers all of my questions and consistently goes above and beyond for me, whether it's finding out some detail or finding the right car for me to test drive or taking the time to scour inventory. The BMW Norwood Gallery is not close by to my home. They are 30-45 minutes from me, and are not the closest dealership, but my experiences there have always been so positive that they are my first choice for checking out which BMW I want to get next. Whenever I hear a friend say he/she is interested in BMWs, I recommend that they see Adrian. I know I'll be buying BMWs from Adrian for a long time. More
I'd been in the market for a 528i and was interested in a CPO car that BMW Gallery had in stock. I walked in unannounced and was greeted very promptly and introduced to Naeel, who was just great to work wit CPO car that BMW Gallery had in stock. I walked in unannounced and was greeted very promptly and introduced to Naeel, who was just great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient and we spent a couple of hours test driving and negotiating. At no time did I sense any game playing or anything less than sincere interest in getting a deal done. Naeel was as pleasant a guy to negotiate with as I can recall. I felt I got a very good deal, as I'd spent a couple of months doing research and talking to other BMW owners. When I went to pick up the car, Naeel had addressed some paint chips I'd noted on the car and had these repaired. He also thoroughly explained the car systems and has since then called me to make sure I was happy and everything was as it should be. I am really pleased with the experience here. More

Representative was in a rush and didn’t take down all information related to the appointment. 2. The car was brought in at 11:00am with the expectation that it would be done the same day. I make a call at 3:00PM to find out that the car hasn’t been looked at and as it turned out the car was not looked at till the next day. 3. I made it clear to the representative that if the car was going to be kept overnight I would need to know before 5:00PM in order to make arrangements to get home. I was called after 5:30pm and notified that the car would be kept overnight. She indicates that she has no one there available to give me a ride home. I hang up on the representative and call back and ask to speak to a manager. 4. The manager promises to send a car to pick me up. I wait two hours and NO CAR. I call back and no record of a car being sent. Another manager offers to pick me up himself and I tell him I’d rather take the long cab ride home. 5. I call the dealer the next morning and the representative is asking me questions that I answered during our initial meeting. The car had actually not been looked at yet. 6. I pick up the car after at 4pm and while on the highway heading home my check engine light comes on and the car starts shaking. I call the representative back very upset and she puts me through to her manager who offers to have the car diagnosed for free. I decline the offer. 7. I get home and check under the hood and there are parts that were loose and never clamped in and one piece that couldn’t be clamped in because the clamp was broken. 8. I know this happened at the dealer because I had been looked under the hood a few days before since I had just gotten an oil leak fixed. At this point I can’t say that they caused the check engine light issue but kind of strange that it wasn’t picked up during their diagnosis and that it came up right after leaving their facility. It turned out to be a spark plug and an ignition coil that needed replacing. More
We had a very positive experience when buying the car. Tom Rivers, although he clearly wanted to sell the car, he very gently informed me of all the benefits and attributes of the car. I, in turn, hope and anticipate a long relationship with my BMW and the dealership. I could foresee recommending other family members to Tom Rivers and the dealership. More
