I purchased a car from a non-BMW dealer and was experiencing amyriad of maintenance issues. From start to finish Kasier Rivera made me feel like I was their one and only customer. I had never been serviced at this location but the pulled out the red carpet and all the stops to ensure that my vehicle was safe and that I was satisfied. He provided me with the documentation needed to help me pursue a warranty claim. And as I worked to arrange my finances that stored my vehicle at no expense to me. It is refreshing to know that BMW is primarily concerned with customer satisfaction over profits. I will continue to sing praises for this location and I encourage everyone to try the personalized approach for yourself. I gave thia dealer a 7 star rating! More

Poor diagnoses for repair I will NEVER EVER take my vehicle here again. And here is why. I had an oil leak in my 07 Escalade. I looked underneath the truck over the course of I will NEVER EVER take my vehicle here again. And here is why. I had an oil leak in my 07 Escalade. I looked underneath the truck over the course of 2 weeks trying to figure out where it was coming from. It appeared to be coming from somewhere near the top of the engine and running down and back, but I could not say for certain. So I decided to take it to the deal to have it looked at. They responded with a $950 oil pan, a $2000 rear main seal and a $1400 valley pan gasket. This was a shocker but I needed to do something. The leak was about a 4 diameter spot after sitting all day. So I asked, what was the worst of the leaks, the dealer responded with “the oil pan and the other items could wait if I had to but the oil pan was the worst.” So I moved forward with the oil pan. After picking up my truck from the dealerships when the oil pan was replaced, I driving it 6 miles and parking it at work. After being there for about 6 hours, oil on the ground was just as bad as before. No improvement at all. They told me the majority of the leak was coming from the oil pan. That does not seem to be the case. So I contacted the dealer to share the issue. And well before the dealer got back with me, I decided to look into these items myself. So I started doing research on the rear main seal. I found out that there was a access cover on the bell housing of the transmission that would give me a little access where the rear main seal is located. So I pulled the trans bell housing cover off and used a rag and wiped the inside, and to my surprise, it was clean as a whistle. There was zero oil residue inside the bell housing. It was without a doubt that the rear main seal was not leaking and there is no way that they even looked at it. So onto the valley cover. after research, I pulled the intake manifold off to reveal the valley cover (took me 30 min) and I discovering that the valley pan was covered in oil, not just a little, but lots of oil. So I cleaned it up, reinstalled the intake and drove it for a few miles, returned home, pulled the intake manifold off again and again it was covered in oil. Seems to me that the valley pan may have been the culprit all along. So I ordered a new OEM Delco valley pan for $225. Received it in 2 days. Than installed it. The install took me no more that 3 hours, and I had never done this before. So today I now drive around with ZERO oil leaks. I than called the deal and left them a message explain the above. The deal called me back afterwards and left me next voice mail (which I still have). PS He did not completely listen to my voice mail, and this is obvious. He said “Sorry for your inconvenience, normally a valley pan replacement would cost $1400, but I can give you a deal for $1200. I'm currently un happy with the diagnosis of the leak, or the cost of the repair that seems to not have been needed. I’m also not happy with the estimate for the repair at $1200 that was required as I did the repair for $225 and 3 hours of my time. More
