I had. a fantastic experience buying my X1 from this dealership, after looking around for some time and making decision on witch make I have to go with. Wilson Dowridge, the sales consultant, was knowledgeable, patient and helpful throughout the. process. Wilson, took all the time necessary to answer my questions - I bet he does that with everyone of his customers- explained. the vehicle's features like he. wants for him, and never made me feel pressured. Chad Armstrong, the finance manager, professional and transparent. Chad, explained the financing options and available coverage in a way to understand without trying to push or sell unnecessary products. Nana Hagan, the sales manager, made the entire purchase smooth. From selecting the vehicle to finalizing the. transaction every person of this group went above and beyond and together to make sure I was comfortable. It is rare to find a team in the car business that values trust and customer satisfaction like this. I truly appreciate their integrity and character. I should and could give 5 stars, but the transaction was not flawless 100% and was almost falling apart because of an other manager attitude, fortunately the team was completely different, professional and genuinely cared to making the process right.
