So convenient Hassle free, Great service I drive by all the time and while I love where I bought my BMW I now drive by this dealership literally every other day. I checked in to see about ser I drive by all the time and while I love where I bought my BMW I now drive by this dealership literally every other day. I checked in to see about service and I was blown away. Having your oil changed and a recall along with brakes being checked isn’t the idea of a good time, but this was borderline almost fun. The reason it was fun was because It was pain free. Popped in got a loaner went on with my day went back the next day picked up my own car and they cleaned it. Took up about as much of my time as it would of to pump gas and drive through a car wash. I had a concern with the emergency brake Apparently it was fine but Carlos followed up with me and made sure Even though it turns out it didn’t need repair was I completely satisfied.( Turns out I wasn’t pulling it up enough to engage it properly) Bonus - my Gas cap had broken off no dialogue they just fixed/ replaced gas cap without me even needing to ask. . It’s the little things in life. Looking for a new vehicle again in August. Pretty sure it will be another BMW and will purchase here More
