Dan Drinkwater is amazing…I would give him 6 stars if I could. I brought the car in the morning at my appt time - he had the paperwork all lined up a loaner ready. Tried to be seen at bmw of Warwick but they were having none of me and said make an appointment for another day. So I called Norwood and she made an appointment for me that day over the phone and I was abl none of me and said make an appointment for another day. It’s a crapshoot with Warwick service advisors the seem angry to be their. Lol More

Routine visit for oil change, sticker, check tires that appeared worn. Great service. My advisor, Dan, was professional and communicated clearly.
