I also apologize we couldn't do more to help here. The BMW Service plan that you purchased is not administered by the dealership and is therefore not cancellable through the dealership. We have attempted to help. Upon reviewing your file I do see that you did indeed sign for and receive a copy of the document with full disclosure of the terms. Mr. Archer, it is never my intention to make you responsible for my poor decisions of purchasing the BMW Service plan and by ignoring that your dealership wouldn’t take responsibility for what was selling. While I must confess that I was distracted in the middle of the excitement buying a new car and forgot to request the copy of my contracts, the Federal Trade Commission requires auto dealerships to retain sales, and warranty and service contracts. Then I will appreciate you can provide a full copy of the contracts so I can proceed with alternative further actions directly with BMW NA. We both may share the frustration of assuming the cost and inconvenience of such inflexible policies of the BMW brand.
