Francisco helped me with a BMW Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) used 2019 BMW 3 series car. I was able to take the car out for a long test drive so I could really see how it handled. His manager Mike also helped me with some of the details and was equally amazing to work with. Absolutely one of the best car-buying experiences my wife and I have ever had. On delivery of the car, Paul, the product genius (a title that is well deserved), helped me to learn all of the ins and outs of the car. We spent over an hour going over different aspects of the car's controls and systems, which was invaluable. Wow - I have never experienced a delivery that was as professional and informational as this. I have to mention the CPO aspect too. Even before I test drove the car, the dealership had installed new tires and did some brake work to get the car ready for sale. During the test drive, I noticed some vibration at higher speeds. Before I took delivery of the car, the service team looked into it, made several adjustments to the brakes and tire balancing, and now the car drives as smooth as silk. The car drives and looks like a brand new car in just about every way possible. And CPO gave me an additional year of warranty which is great. I would definitely recommend CPO. More
They stated we needed an engine oil leak repaired for over $5000.00 because of all wheel drive. There were never any drips on the garage floor. We went to another shop who told us there was no leak. Bought a Preowned 540 from their corner lot. Then I took the car out on the test drive noticed few issues wrong with the vehicle such a piece that goes under the passenger seat, front camera cracked and coolant leak spots around the expansion tank along with green crusty coolant around the connectors, informed the sales rep. His exact words was " I'll have it looked it and if there's a leak I'll have it taken care of" so I felt comfortable to move forward with my purchase. 3-4 weeks after taking delivery I smelled coolant and white smoking coming engine bay, immediately texted the sales person and he said to call and "speak with a manager" tried get in contact with someone no one got back to me then coolant leak started to get worse, towed the vehicle in and the service advisor told me the car was never logged to be in arrive prior to me purchasing to have the coolant issue looked at and they won't be able to cover the issue. So she told me she will speak with the manager from the corner lot about the issue and he said he will cover $300 out of $1800 job because nothing was written to have the issue taken care of prior to me purchasing the car even tho I had told the sales rep the day of test drive and before my 30 warranty period. This place is xxxxing joke, service been great and informative but sales side is a nightmare More

I came in to look at a used Volvo XC90 and trade in my 2019, X3 M40i with 18k miles. We have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and wanted to bring our business back- we were VERY disappointed wit 2019, X3 M40i with 18k miles. We have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and wanted to bring our business back- we were VERY disappointed with our last experience and will not be even servicing our cars here anymore. After test driving the Volvo XC90, I was speaking with Sales (Tom) and he said "42k trade-in was fair and would cover fixing the rims on the Volvo." Keep in mind- my KBB trade-in value was 42-45k. When we sat down, to talk numbers, and go over everything, Tom then came and said the Sales Manager would give me 40k for my car!!! I was shocked because Tom had just said he thought that 42 was fair. OKAY.... so we are going backwards now. I pushed and they offered 41k... however, why would I agree to 41k when 42 was already on the table? I needed to head home at this point. A few days go by the Sales Manager- Mike calls and said his final offer is 41,500 plus fixing the rims on Volvo. The same day Tom then is texting me saying that "nobody wins" unless I accept their offer. This is not how deals are made and loyal customers are treated. We will not be using this dealership and would STRONGLY recommend others to use South Shore BMW- they are excellent. More
