Unfortunately I would have given higher rating til Today. You do not sell a tire by telling someone it won’t b Pass inspection and THEN tell them you do not have the ability to do the inspection til Today. So you got me for an oil change and tore that I could have gotten elsewhere and now I STILL need to go get an inspection which is why I originally made the appt for..oh and the Genius support that actually doesn’t Work STILL as I did exactly what he told me with the password he watched me set up and it still isn’t working…??? Oh and by the way, when we bought the car and you gave us an inspection sticker you you also put on my COMMERCIAL plate. Hmm? More
Staff was great, but the reason for my rating is that I had a scheduled appointment for a recall have the bolts replaced on the rear cargo rail attachment bolts. BMW of Norwood is by far the best BMW dealership I have visited in the Mass area. They excel in great customer service, from the front desk to the parts desk to the service desk, to sales, to finance, you visited in the Mass area. They excel in great customer service, from the front desk to the parts desk to the service desk, to sales, to finance, you name it. Everyone treats you with respect and more importantly, unlike other BMW dealerships, there is no pretense. I always like speaking with people about what I am getting, whether it is for service or parts, and here they care about engaging with the customer fully. In other dealerships, I get a cold shoulder, it feels like you are not supposed to ask any questions. If you care about a truly friendly and warm experience, visit this place. Of specific note, Junior in Finance, Roger in Sales, Douglas in Service and Paul with the genius desk, are just outstanding. I live almost an hour and a half away from this dealership, but do not mind the commute in order to enjoy the great customer service. More
