I reached out to Alex, and received an email letting me know that The sales manager, Rodrigo would call me after looking into the situation. After that did not happen, I called him and left another message for a return call. I received no further response from anyone. I found a great local place to have my brakes fixed with BMW parts for $750 for the same service BMW quoted me $1,000. The owner was friendly and explained exactly what happened with my car and it was done within a day and fit me in immediately. He explained that if BMW had done the inspection of my front brakes 2 months before like they said they did, they would have definitely seen that they were almost bare. This oversight cost me the additional cost of having my rotors replaced. Lesson learned. BMW not only takes many days to schedule you in, but the service advisor did not take the time to explain the situation or give any explanation about quotes or charges. Their quote was much higher than I ended up paying for the same service. I am so happy with my local small business service, and I was able to speak directly with the owner and technicians.
