Service advisor was pleasant and helpful. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Waiting area was comfortable and provided reading material to read while waiting. My experience started off very well, salesman (Maximilian) was both polite and very well versed with the BMW product line. After some negotiation my car was ordered I was given tracking through m (Maximilian) was both polite and very well versed with the BMW product line. Tracking my car and interacting with the BMW genius staff was a great experience they are probably the nicest people I have dealt with over the phone. I would rate them a 10 out of 10!! Once my car arrived at the dealership the paperwork and delivery went smooth. The ride home in my new BMW with 13 miles on it not so smooth!! With in 30 minutes of highway driving the check engine light came on. I immediately contacted my salesman Maximilian and texted him a picture of the message that came up on the screen. Max called me back and then contacted the service department to check on the code. Both max and the service contact stated that they weren’t sure what the code was for. After some discussion about my work schedule and ability (due too being on call I work in the medical field) to return the car for service Max stated that he would see if he could have someone bring a car out to me and return my car for service. I was very happy to hear that but it never happened!! Instead I needed to have someone cover the rest of my shift so I could return my car to the dealer for service. The next day I was contacted by the service department stating that my car would need 2 sensors replaced and one of the two is on backorder estimated time for delivery August 10th ( 2 weeks). I realize things happen but I am still very disappointed with my BMW experience. My sales person has never reached out to me since to apologize or help the situation. This was my first luxury car buying experience and it was not at all what I had hoped for. More
The service department was amazing. They really helped me out and went above and beyond when I had a vehicle issue while visiting from out of state.
