SERVICE VISIT

Took my husbands car in to get a new key made and aligned with the car service was faster than they had quoted and they wash the car which I do like and Dan our service rep took good care of me. Also the gen with the car service was faster than they had quoted and they wash the car which I do like and Dan our service rep took good care of me. Also the gentleman that met me in the service bay as I pulled in I believe he was Hispanic was very helpful very nice and guided me to Dan appreciated his professionalism and speed More

Easy visit to BMW to get a key for my husband’s car. Greeted by a nice guy who escorted me to Service rep (Dan). Key activation took about about an hour. car was washed and ready for me within an hour+ of my arrival. Felt people there were professional and friendly. Good visit!
