We are sorry that you are having issues with the car that you purchased in July. Please do not misunderstand, credit cannot be run without you providing the necessary information and an electronic approval to do so within the Roadster system. There is no automation here, you must manually submit the information and approve it for processing. We have reviewed the purchase documents and do not see any evidence of your claims at the time of sale. We have also checked the sign-off documents we ask of all clients at delivery to check and there were no added notes or mentions of promises. Transparency in the purchase of an older higher mileage car is our goal. The first documented contact regarding the coolant leak was a text in September. The vehicle was sold with a 30-day warranty. We certainly apologize for mishandling the situation. The staff did their best to handle your emergency at 15 minutes before closing on Saturday by taking you in and ultimately solving your concern (flat tire replaced) after normal hours.
