Dan was prompt at returning calls, very informative, and went as far as managing the 3rd party repair for the windshield damage. I had an electric loaner vehicle and after realizing my car would need to stay longer, Dan made sure I was able to get into a gas vehicle. I have had a car serviced at this location prior and was disappointed in the lack of communication, so I was not expecting great service to say the least. However, Dan really made this experience and inconvenience of not having my car for an extended period of time seamless and smooth!
