1. It took a long time to make an appointment (over 30 min on phone) because the person on the phone was new and had no idea if loaners were available. She finally booked me 10 days out when a loaner car became free. 2. When I called the day prior to my appointment to reconfirm my loaner car, they had no record of me requesting/booking a loaner! They prioritized me and was able to get me a loaner since they saw I booked 10 days prior and I complained. 3. During my repair call on 1/30/24, the person that called me was ambiguous as to whether I needed/why they recommended a tire rotation/alignment so I declined it. When I picked up my car, I was told it could help my “loose steering” complaint. Had I known that connection, I would have gotten it done. 4. The person that called me re: repairs told me that I could NOT make an appointment with a genius but to request one when I picked up my car around 5:45 pm since they’d be there till 8 pm. She confirmed that I’d have no issue talking to a genius to get an orientation of my car. When I showed up, the genius advised me he was all booked up with appointments that entire night and that I could have made an advance appointment. 5. When I dropped my car, I asked about the car wash and if they run my car through a normal garage wash where they can clean any salt/sand in the undercarriage. They didn’t know but have a detail service. So do I still need to go through a car wash?! 6. Now I have to wait two more weeks to get a loaner and get my tire rotation and alignment done/and book a genius. And I guess I should get a car wash too. 7. I have no idea where the entrance to the repair shop is- I always end up going to the rear of the garage door. There are no signs anywhere. It’s repeated misinformation after misinformation that is wasting my time, energy and gas to go back and forth there. This all literally happened in my first call and visit! The repair itself and the repair service woman that did my initial intake and paperwork were great! However, I never heard from either of them again and mostly only dealt with someone in the garage area during my initial car drop off, car pick up and phone call re: my repairs. More

Great Service, I dropped my car overnight, by 9:09 am I already had a full report of the car. Dan the service manager is awesome and very knowledgeable of his work.
