It is unfortunate that this was your experience. We have reviewed all of the notes and a timeline of the interactions and certainly understand your frustration. There was a lot of time and effort put in here to have the car sold to someone who came in the day before you could make it. We do see, as you said, that your husband was informed of the sale before your trip down. From that point, the car stays on the website and is advertised until it is fully paid for and delivered. We would have notified you, after all, if something had changed. We cannot see with whom you spoke that errantly said the car was available and we apologize. No deceitful or deceptive intentions.
