Everyone was amazing and I had a wonderful experience! I was able to trade in my vehicle and purchase a new one with their help. Best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Thank you, Pavlo! It was a horrible experience. The service advisor even complained about printing a document she needs to do. The stains on the car stay where they are. And the service advisor sai The service advisor even complained about printing a document she needs to do. The stains on the car stay where they are. And the service advisor said their cleaning is just do some vacuuming. I bought warranty for tires and wheels but they explained that basically covers nothing. Questions are not welcome because they said they don’t know. More
Be Cautious with this dealer. My husband and I found a used vehicle online at this dealership. We reached out via email on a Wed night to start the process as we both work over My husband and I found a used vehicle online at this dealership. We reached out via email on a Wed night to start the process as we both work over 50 hrs a week, and spending a ton of time at the dealer for an initial inquiry isn't possible. After multiple emails with Sarah the following day we gave our trade vehicle info and our pre-approval info from our credit Union(we confirmed outside financing was honored). We were emailed the deal/out the door price offer with itemized fees, monthly payment and financing details etc. My husband once again confirmed that the dealership would allow outside financing should they not be able to match our credit Union and was told she confirmed with a manager and that was no problem. We set up an appointment for Saturday, with the intent to test drive and if all appeared as offered online, purchase the vehicle. On Friday, we called our credit Union to give them the dealer info, as well as our insurance company to let them know. My husband then emailed Sarah to let her know everything was still a go for the following day. That evening my husband received a text message from a different employee named Kapryse, who stated that she wanted to reach out to tell him the vehicle we were interested in had been sold. I was working overnight at the hospital so I had no idea this happened. My husband not wanting to dampen my shift figured he'd wait until the morning to tell me. The following morning before I got out, I called BMW from work to confirm the vehicle was still available and would be ready when we arrived for a test drive etc(we had an experience where a dealer had to go to another lot to retrieve the car and I didn't want that again). I was told yes it was available and we could come in. A short while later my husband and I were texting, and I told him I had reached out to the dealer and confirmed. He was surprised and said wait, What? He then told me about the text message he received saying the car was sold. My husband decided to call the dealer and get clarity. After calling he was told sorry, and that your wife's call possibly went to corporate in Texas, because they had no record of it at BMW Norwood. They again told him someone had agreed to buy the car and that it was sold. My husband said the employees were very nice, but something seemed off. When I got home from work I went online to the dealer website only to see the car was still listed, and the price was NOW almost $900 more than the night before. So we waited. After a few more days we saw the car still being offered for sale for the higher price. In an effort to satisfy my curiosity(since nobody ever called saying the sale fell through as promised), I had a coworker call to check on the availability of the vehicle (so they couldn't recognize a phone number) and sure enough she was told yes it was. In addition it's now been over 2 weeks since our inquiry and the car is still listed for sale. If you follow the Carfax it shows that the Dealer serviced (fairly thoroughly) the vehicle a WEEK after our scheduled appointment. No way somebody agreed to purchase with it needing all of this service. Or shame on the dealer if they offered it needing this work. It's quite apparent to me this dealer likely either never had the vehicle on site, or they had it, but it hadn't been cleaned/serviced to properly be offered for sale and test driven. In addition, they wanted to sell it for the new higher price(rather than the quoted one). This is sad as it means we were blatantly lied to and then lied to again in an effort to save face etc. My husband and I are very understanding and would've been fine with the truth(things happen), but to see how this unfolded makes me think the dealership on a whole is dishonest. That's a major turnoff. He didn't want to write a negative review, but I wanted to caution everyone. The staff is very polite, but honesty matters. More
