After two weeks I carry my car to dealership they have to replace the engine and they asked me $530 to fix my mirror. That’s bmw problems because my car is not supposed to be on the road. More

I live 3 1/2 hours from the dealership. The salesperson Daniel was communicating via text keeping me updated as best he could. It appears the sales manager would not communicate with Daniel The salesperson Daniel was communicating via text keeping me updated as best he could. It appears the sales manager would not communicate with Daniel. Daniel tried for several hours on Friday to get a response and could not. Saturday at 4:30 the sales manager was still not communicating with Daniel. I was ready to do everything online and make the purchase not even seeing the car or driving it because I trust the word a BMW dealership. I feel bad for Daniel. It is not right for a sales manager to not communicate with their salesperson. I hope the higher ups take note of this. It is disappointing to experience this from a BMW dealership Received a response from the owner on Google review they would be looking into this… never heard back from owner Texted Daniel this afternoon and I was given the biggest line of malarkey I’ve heard in a long time. Daniel was told the car was sent to wholesale. Claims it was because it was scratched up paint fading and had issues. Something is not right with this dealership if that’s true. The car was just listed and they posted photos Friday night of the car… it was pristine… not a scratch to be found … nothing in the listing even hinted that there was damage… the photos are beautiful… if what I’m told is true BMW of Norwood is photoshopping photos and not being truthful in their add write ups… this is not the kind of deception I would expect from an official BMW dealership. This is just gross. I don’t know if I was given the run around and told an unbelievable story because I’m a female and they think females are stupid or if it is just their MO…. Either way this is not the way to treat people More
