The okay - Jacques started off calling me mark. After I introduced myself as Samuel, he took it upon himself to call me sam. I asked him how to pronounce his name and he gently corrected me when I was off. Apparently he didn't feel it was necessary to determine my preference. Next, I asked him for no car wash at the beginning as I was under a time constraint. I had to remind him again when he told me my wait was delayed due to the car wash. Lastly, there were items found that needed attention. Previous advisors would come find me and help me understand what was found and if they could schedule me in. Jacques never came around and I just went through the text link and declined the items to be addressed. Overall, Jacques seems to be good but his interactions with me was lacking. I'm sure it was an off day for him. Thanks for the awesome oil change plan and ease of scheduling! More

I have consistently received outstanding service through this dealership. Recently I had an issue with being notified in a timely manner that my vehicle was ready, after having additional work done that wa this dealership. Recently I had an issue with being notified in a timely manner that my vehicle was ready, after having additional work done that was identified during the inspection. Great customer service was provided by the manager politely and professionally listening to what happened and then appropriately addressing it. Things happen, but great customer service occurs in the ability to listen without defending and then taking appropriate action to ensure the issue doesn't happen again - Well Done! More

Didn’t have to wait much to be served. When the advisor explained to me that something needs to be done sooner rather than later, which will take much longer than I expected, she called m When the advisor explained to me that something needs to be done sooner rather than later, which will take much longer than I expected, she called me a ride home and a ride to pick up when the car was ready. I was also able to get somebody to reset my login to fix a couple minor issues at a moments notice despite them being extremely busy. Very satisfied this time. More
