I recently brought my car into BMW of Norwood for service and worked with Anabel, who was great from start to finish. She quickly contacted my purchase coverage agent and was able to get the largest repair ( and worked with Anabel, who was great from start to finish. She quickly contacted my purchase coverage agent and was able to get the largest repair (around $2,500) pre-approved the same day, which was such a relief. Since parts had to be ordered, my car was in the shop for a couple of days, but when I asked about a loaner vehicle, Anabel immediately secured one for me. That made a huge difference, especially with my busy work schedule doing home visits. Overall, I really appreciated her efficiency, professionalism, and the way she went above and beyond to make the process smooth. Highly recommend asking for Anabel if you need service here! More
