I took my car to the dealership for vibration issues. The first time it was with the dealership for more than a week, when I pick it up, it was not fully fixed due to mix up and the fact that the person The first time it was with the dealership for more than a week, when I pick it up, it was not fully fixed due to mix up and the fact that the person covering did not know what the issue was. I took back and despite emphaszing what the problem was last time the car was not fully fixed and was returned to me. I took to the car to another BMW service center and they found that the same issue exists. I contacted the dealer and Dan Drinkwater was very unprofessional, rude, and defensive on the phone and claimed that I damaged the car between the time it was picked and it was inspected at the other center. He was sarcastic and dismissive without even checking the issue. This is after he ignored my text and the report from the other center for a few days until I had to call him. He also claimed that he does not trust the other official BMW service center! This is the worst I have experienced at Norwood BMW service center ever. More

I brought my car in for an oil change and was recommended things the car didn’t need and not recommended things that the car needed was told my shocks or blown out completely and my front end was very lose b things the car didn’t need and not recommended things that the car needed was told my shocks or blown out completely and my front end was very lose but I drive the car Dally don’t feel no problems besides the driver side wheel barring that’s bad that they didn’t say nothing about .and it’s just sad how un honest people are my 2 front tires where not at a 3 but for rears were so they so he tired to say all 4 tires needed to be changed when I only need 2 then the fact of trying to put through a hour diagnostic for $430 for servile fluid leaks witch is outrageous that’s more then a hour labor price . When my car was at another bmw dealership less then a month ago and everything they said here I needed was never an issue then or just was not true . More
