Excellent service is delivered during every step of the process. The Valet reps greet you with a smile when your car is dropped off, and they are very professional and courteous. She never ever seem to have a bad day, she is always very pleasant, and listens keenly to what issues I am experiencing with my car. The inspection crew does an awesome job in letting me know what's wrong with the car after inspection and diagnosis, and you are provided with a video recorded explanation so you can see exactly what's wrong. Despite how painful the cost of repair may be, it's easily forgotten once you walk up to the cashier. They are always so pleasant and engaging. My overall experience with BMW of Norwood has been excellent. More
