I have been a customer of BMW Gallery in Norwood for years, for their outstanding service department, and for the pleasure of buying cars from Adrian Pirvu in the sales department. Adrian is the lowest pressure, most helpful, most informative, and most accommodating car sales person I have ever worked with. I originally went in about a 12-18 months ago to look at the new 3-series that was redesigned in 2012, and Adrian showed me around the cars and was happy to answer all of my questions as best as he could. I was unsure about the 3-series, because it was longer than I would like. I kept visiting and asking questions though, and Adrian was always happy to help me out. Then the X1 came out, and I was fascinated. Adrian knows that I tend to find out everything possible about a car that I'm interested in, and as he puts it "I sell the car myself". He helped me schedule test drives on all the trims I was interested in, check out trims in inventory so I could experience the options and features in person, and he introduced me to Rob, one of the sales managers, who is also always nice to work with. I had made up my mind: I would get an X1. I also made up my mind about options, and reviewed them thoroughly with Adrian. Adrian and Rob reviewed all of my feature selections to make sure the car had everything I wanted. Adrian ordered the car and kept me informed at every step, and patiently answered all my requests for updates. When the car came, Adrian made time for me to come see it late at night, and I took delivery, well after he was supposed to go home. That, is outstanding service. As for price, Adrian got me a very good deal on the X1. I'm really happy with the price I paid for such a fantastic car, all after such an outstanding car buying experience. More
I just recently purchased a previously used BMW 128I convertible and it was a very relaxed and pleasant experience from start to finish. Jay Garant greeted us with a big warm smile and made this an exc convertible and it was a very relaxed and pleasant experience from start to finish. Jay Garant greeted us with a big warm smile and made this an exciting and awesome experience, which car buying should be for all. Right? He personally oversaw body work that needed to be done to this vehicle and kept us informed daily of the progress. When we picked up the car it looked as though it had just rolled off the production line thanks to Jay's meticulous eye and for conveying our wants and needs to the body shop. Jay Garrant is not your typical car salesman. He is friendly,helpful, and informative. I started out knowing very little about the x3 and left knowing I couldn't live without one. For many years Kim Lexner is helping me to service my car. She is extremely friendly person and very knowledgable at the same time. During my last visit she helped to identify a problem that my car (201 car. She is extremely friendly person and very knowledgable at the same time. During my last visit she helped to identify a problem that my car (2011 X3) had for quite some time. She facilitated repair and quickly found me a loaner car. I received my car back next day and am enjoying driving since. There is a reason I'm driving 10 miles from Chestnut Hill to BMW Gallery in Norwood for service, having another BMW shop in walking distance from my work place in Boston. I highly recommend Gallery and if you are lucky to have Kim as your adviser, then, I'm sure, that you will never look for any other place to service your BMW. More
Needed 1 tire changed. Was told it would be 1.5 hours to wait. Ended up waiting two hours, despite the fact we had an appointment. This is entirely too long to have waited. Its always an exceptional, no-hassle experience at this dealership. I question why I even considered going anywhere else. This is the 3rd car that I purchased from them having purchased 2 pre-owned cars dealership. I question why I even considered going anywhere else. This is the 3rd car that I purchased from them having purchased 2 pre-owned cars in the past (from Alex Archer) and a new 2013 5 Series yesterday (from Ken Brien). I was offered a deal on a 2013 5 series at another dealer earlier in the week only to be told at the last minute that they don't actually have it and I would have to wait for the car which I thought I would be getting right away. I called Alex to see if they had a similar car and he had Ken Brien call me right back. We selected a car from their inventory in 5 min over the phone and agreed on price for a car that actually has more options - in a preferred color - for the same price as the other dealer. One hour later - after coming in for a test drive - I signed papers and took the car home later that afternoon (prepped, tank full, registered, delivered/ programmed and inspected). Save yourself time and trouble and try this dealer if you want an honest, friendly, no-hassle experience and an exceptional price. Ken Brien is the man to see if you are looking for a new BMW. And having had my other cars serviced there over the past few years I will offer the same recommendation for their exceptional service department. More
Shopped around at several dealers for a new BMW, knew exactly what I wanted for options and price point. Norwood got my business because of the sales associate I interacted with, Jay Garant. I've been buying cars for 20 years, and I've never had a better experience. He was courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, responsive, genuine and transparent. These are qualities you just don't find in car salesmen these days. Jay quickly assessed my needs, test drove a car with me, and configured a built to order car per my specs. Agreeing on a price was also straightforward, and accomplished by email and phone with minimal hassle. Norwood didn't have the absolute best price in the area, but was very close. Another dealer I won't name tried to undercut them at the last moment, but dealing with their salesman was much less pleasant and felt constantly like a hostile negotiation. With Jay, the process felt clean and friendly, with both sides understanding each other's constraints. That professional style has value for me, and earned my business. If you're in the market for a new BMW, I would highly recommend Jay and Norwood BMW for your next purchase or lease. I have no affiliation with them, and am actually a loyal Audi driver. This prejudice made Jay's job with me even harder, and the fact that I closed the deal with him speaks to his professionalism and interpersonal skill. More

I bought my car at this dealership in 2006 and always dealt with Stan or assigned service advisor. 6 years later I still deal with Stan. He is always approachable, sincere, honest and professional. When my car was in warranty and out of warranty Stan always makes sure his customers are satisfied. Stan will take your car for a ride if necessary to ensure he understood the problem. BMW Sudbury is closer to where I live but management at Gallery is far better than Sudbury. People like Stan makes BMW proud in a way that wants you to continue to buy BMW from Gallery Norwood. More
