Came in for a check and found out I had a number of issues that needed to be addressed. I liked the fact they took pictures and video of the issues which put my concerns of car issues as they explained issues that needed to be addressed. I think you should always do pics and video for all recommended services or whenever an issue is found during random inspections. More
