Admittedly, I was not super excited about going though the car buying process, and was skeptical about getting a BMW. The first few dealerships that we visited fell short of our expectations; and, we di the car buying process, and was skeptical about getting a BMW. The first few dealerships that we visited fell short of our expectations; and, we didn't feel that we were getting good value for our trade. However, my husband did some research on his own and met Tom Michalopoulos at the Norwood Gallery. Our experience there was far superior to what we'd previously encountered. The cars that we test drove were in good condition, were actually in our price range and they were willing to give us a fair amount for our trade in. Tom spent a tremendous of time with us to help find a car that we are BOTH comfortable and excited about. We are now first time BMW owners. More

Harris did an excellent job of explaining the differences in model's and equipment. He was very efficient and showed he valued our time. When it came to price/trade in negotiaitons he was very fair and good in model's and equipment. He was very efficient and showed he valued our time. I had considered looking at a BWM as my new car purchase. I had done my homework as to the model of car & $'s I was willing to spend. Never having driven a BMW I wanted to be sure that it was the type of v I had done my homework as to the model of car & $'s I was willing to spend. Never having driven a BMW I wanted to be sure that it was the type of vehicle I would be happy with. On arriving at the dealership, a salesman was not immediately available. After a minute or two, Harris came to my assistance. I explained my concerns regarding the "ride" considering that I was not accustomed to a performance vehicle. Harris could not have been more accommodating. We did a road test, highway, residential, side streets. Gave me great instruction & guidance regarding the car. Returning to the dealership, we went through the process of negotiation. Agreed on a number and sealed the deal. Could not have been easier. I arrived at the dealership at 10:30am & I was in the bay @ 1:15pm with plates on the car & getting instruction from Harris as to the operation of the vehicle. I was amazed that I could accomplish so much in so little time. Of course, I had some questions on the days following my purchase & Harris was always available to answer my inquiries. More

I appreciated the fact that BMW Gallery and Harris did not give me the "hard sales" routine. They treated me with respect and provided a fair price without going back and forth 20 times. The dealership was an important factor in buying from Gallery. the car sells itself and being an informed customer I had a good idea what the market was for this car. Gallery and Harris were able to price the car fairly which prompted me to buy the car, even though I had not planned to buy until August. More
Harris is a soft spoken, no pressure gentleman. Overall the most pleasant experience at a car dealer I've had! I visited the BMW Gallery in Norwood last week to look at Pre-Owned BMWs. I was greeted by friendly Sales people and the Sales manager. My salesman, Harris, was very helpful in having me test drive a car - Pre-Owned BMWs. I was greeted by friendly Sales people and the Sales manager. My salesman, Harris, was very helpful in having me test drive a car - and eventually finding the perfect car for me. My husband made an offer - and it wasn't long before I owned my first BMW. I am impressed with the free service and extended warranty offered by BMW. I have always been afraid of the expenses- then to find out that all service is free up to 60,000 miles was a great surprise. I am expecting my first purchase of a BMW won't be my last. More
