Over the last 11 years, I've come to develop a close trusting relationship with Dan. I do truly believe Dan is there as a partner that has my interests and needs in mind. He also has been extremely flexible with scheduling services around my time, being available on phone or email (giving me flexibility in how I reach BMW), as well as providing me with loaner cars when I needed it. As a busy professional, I appreciate very much what BMW Gallery and Dan have helped me with: worry-free process for maintenance and services. They exemplify what BMW brand means today - quality and customer satisfaction. I've recommended and will continue to recommend BMW Gallery and Dan to all my friends that have been in market for BMWs or are looking to service their BMWs. The Service Department is great, especially Dan MacDonld whom I request. He is very informative, explains the detail, is responsive via e-mail and phone. He has gone the extra mile where he did not have to but did to be sure I was pleased with the service. Pat the greeter is helpfull and the waiting area is great too. Sale Department: My last purchase of a Certified Pre-owned has been a hassel. The Certification missed many problems with the car causing me to have to bring it back multiple times and it took up to weeks at a time to repair. Very fustrating to me for a car new to me and Certified. During the sales process I felt like it was all about moving the car and getting a commission. When I picked the car up the salesman told me "you already have a BMW so you know how to work eveything anyway, right" and left me to deal with another client. The thing is the car has an i-drive which my first BMW did not so I soon learned the i-drive does not come with a munual so you have to figure it out on your own (and the 2007 version is not user friendly), yet I was lead to believe it did come with a manual. I was never even told how to connect the i-pod correctly yet specifically asked. After the sale to me I was told, after multiple inquires to the salesman, that one does not exist. I actually had to make a special trip to the dealer to get the standard manual since the did not put on in my Certified car. This all again comes back to Dan who made sure all the missed problems during the Certification process were resolved at no cost to me. It was a big hassle but he made me feel like a valued customer. More
Kim is always very attentive, quick to take care of my service needs everytime I need her! It is so easy to make an appointment with her thru emails, she keeps all the records on my cars (I used to own 3 service needs everytime I need her! Dan is always one of the busiest people at the Dealership but he finds time to always be available which i really like and that true is service. I am not the easiest person to deal with but Dan always seems to be keep my heat to a minimum and do a great job. he's calm cool and collected and i highly recommend him to all BMW owners.
