It's never a good time to buy a car. I needed to trade in my old BMW and it was a rainy day. I walked into the dealership and I was greeted by a salesperson with a smile. He gave me a tour of the building showing me that we don't need to be outside looking at cars on a rainy day. The gallery had 40 certified pre owned BMW upstairs in there showroom to view and all of there new cars in the basement as well. I sat down with Adrian and he was the first salesperson to ask me about my needs what is importanted to me ad my family about my next car. I was taking by the question Adrian was asking me and made me feel that this salesperson really cares about me and not just selling another car. I drove away in my new 550xi and the car is amazing ..
