I was recently looking for a used car, I was really trying to decide between a new Jeep or a Used BMW 330, Which I really liked I went into BMW of Norwood on three separate occasions, and unfortunate trying to decide between a new Jeep or a Used BMW 330, Which I really liked I went into BMW of Norwood on three separate occasions, and unfortunately my experience lacked much to be desired. On all Three occasions I was greeted by a very nice young woman at their counter as you first walk in, But after that, I was on my own, not once did any salesman approach me or ask me if I needed assistance. I probably walked around for 2o mins each time, upstairs in their used car department and outside looking at the used cars on the lot. I was so insulted that I finally left, each time without a single person even saying Hello, Maybe I wasn't dressed to their specifications, or maybe they assumed I had no money, I have no idea. I am a professional, I own my own business, I dress accordingly. I did end up buying the new Jeep, and I'm very happy, If this is how BMW treats its customers, or if this is the image they wish to portray, Thank You, I want no part of it. as a side note, I called BMW of North America and told them of my experience, and they told me that each dealership is owned separately and they have no control over how they treat their customers. I can ssure you, that will be the last time I go there. More

Roger would talk to me about his watch and his vacation and not about the bmw i was buying I didn't feel like i was buying a car never mind a luxury car. Other then price i would not recommend this dealer to anyone I would have paid 1000 to 2000 more for a luxury buying experience. More

After shopping at numerous dealers in the area , I felt right at home when I walked in. I set up an internet appointment with ANNA and she then introduced me to Renzo Otero , Rob Piccerno and Phil Driscoll. The rest , as they say is History. No less than 20 minutes after my Test drive I had agreed to numbers on a 2014 BMW X5. What was so important to me was the UNtypical process. There was zero of the " Let me go talk to my manager , back and fourth business". Simple and Straight Foreward would best describe Renzos' style.I knew what vehicle I wanted, He had it incoming,we agreed on a price and I will be driving it home when it arrives. Doesn't get any easier than that. If You are looking for a BMW and want a no hassle/pain free experience ask for RENZO OTERO - He , along with The BMW Norwood process is the reason I bought the vehicle. I had a terrible service experience on my 2011 550 with BMW Gallery Norwood last month (they fixed none of the specific items that I asked them to address). I keep getting email survey requests from BMW Gallery asking how I liked my service, blah blah and I fill them out with candor, but nothing happens. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is and am ready to shift to another dealer. I have always wanted a BMW and love my 2011 550 xDrive (the first BMW I have owned), but the service experience has been terrible compared to my experiences with the other luxury brands I have owned (Cadillac, Lexus and Acura). More
I bought my X6 here, serviced it here. They damaged it there. Tried to say they didn't, but, fixed the obvious damage that occurred there. I went back there, to buy a new 3 series, why I don't know... They quoted me one price. When I went back, they increased the price by $5000 and stated they didn't know how that price was ever quoted. I walked, only to have the sales person call with a slightly higher then the first quoted price, but they would have to remove some of the luxury add-ons! ARE YOU KIDDING ME..! Stay away, I've learned my lesson. They say you learn something new everyday, I did! Now I'm passing it onto you. Move on, and don't shop Norwood BMW, or any of the gallery dealerships (I can't imagine they are any different)! More
I have been a customer of BMW Gallery in Norwood for years, for their outstanding service department, and for the pleasure of buying cars from Adrian Pirvu in the sales department. Adrian is the lowest pressure, most helpful, most informative, and most accommodating car sales person I have ever worked with. I originally went in about a 12-18 months ago to look at the new 3-series that was redesigned in 2012, and Adrian showed me around the cars and was happy to answer all of my questions as best as he could. I was unsure about the 3-series, because it was longer than I would like. I kept visiting and asking questions though, and Adrian was always happy to help me out. Then the X1 came out, and I was fascinated. Adrian knows that I tend to find out everything possible about a car that I'm interested in, and as he puts it "I sell the car myself". He helped me schedule test drives on all the trims I was interested in, check out trims in inventory so I could experience the options and features in person, and he introduced me to Rob, one of the sales managers, who is also always nice to work with. I had made up my mind: I would get an X1. I also made up my mind about options, and reviewed them thoroughly with Adrian. Adrian and Rob reviewed all of my feature selections to make sure the car had everything I wanted. Adrian ordered the car and kept me informed at every step, and patiently answered all my requests for updates. When the car came, Adrian made time for me to come see it late at night, and I took delivery, well after he was supposed to go home. That, is outstanding service. As for price, Adrian got me a very good deal on the X1. I'm really happy with the price I paid for such a fantastic car, all after such an outstanding car buying experience. More
I just recently purchased a previously used BMW 128I convertible and it was a very relaxed and pleasant experience from start to finish. Jay Garant greeted us with a big warm smile and made this an exciting and awesome experience, which car buying should be for all. Right? He personally oversaw body work that needed to be done to this vehicle and kept us informed daily of the progress. When we picked up the car it looked as though it had just rolled off the production line thanks to Jay's meticulous eye and for conveying our wants and needs to the body shop. Jay Garrant is not your typical car salesman. He is friendly,helpful, and informative. I started out knowing very little about the x3 and left knowing I couldn't live without one. For many years Kim Lexner is helping me to service my car. She is extremely friendly person and very knowledgable at the same time. During my last visit she helped to identify a problem that my car (201 car. She is extremely friendly person and very knowledgable at the same time. During my last visit she helped to identify a problem that my car (2011 X3) had for quite some time. She facilitated repair and quickly found me a loaner car. I received my car back next day and am enjoying driving since. There is a reason I'm driving 10 miles from Chestnut Hill to BMW Gallery in Norwood for service, having another BMW shop in walking distance from my work place in Boston. I highly recommend Gallery and if you are lucky to have Kim as your adviser, then, I'm sure, that you will never look for any other place to service your BMW. More
