After a really bad experience at the Boston dealership, Leanne was just the person I needed. She is not only lovely, she worked really hard to provide the best customer service. Communication was great, she was very knowledgeable, easy to get a hold of, able to answer all of my questions, and did not apply unwanted pressure. Since moving to Boston the ride to Norwood is not as convenient but it is more than worth it! More
