I recently had my car serviced at BMW of Norwood. When I called to make an appointment for my car I was notified that my usual service person had left BMW. So I was given another contact, this contact person was horrible. They had insisted that I wait for my car while it was being fixed because per their system the work was going to take less than 2 hours. I’ve gone to this dealer for 5 years and I had never had to wait. I’ve always had a loaner. I was so frustrated that I was going to go to H. Chambers. I called my sales person at BMW Norwood to ask if their service level had changed. He kindly said no and directed me to Teresa Mullen. Teresa was great. She made the appointment for me and had a loaner ready and I was in and out. She understood the value of other people’s time. After a complete check up my car was there overnight, waiting for a part that was needed; so much for that 2 hour service. I would recommend Teresa to anyone. More
Over the past 12 years, this dealer has handled every service appointment for my cars. She just told me to drive in and she'd have me in and out of there in no time...and she absolutely did. It was a breeze and it's the same way every time I call her. She treats you as an important client, she's respectful of your time, she's easy to do business with, and I tell friends to buy cars from the Gallery Group because the service they'll get after the sale, especially from Teresa, is the best I've received from all of the major luxury car dealers on the Automile. - BM More
I have upgraded my M3 with BMW and Dinan performance parts. BMW Gallery always exceeds my expectations. I am extremely satisfied with the upgrades. The handling of the vehicle is amazing. Initially, I worked with the Dinan Manager, Steve Richard to discuss the products and my options. He is always professional and very knowledgeable of the performance product lines. Kim Lexner handled the service appointment, who is always pleasant and great to work with. Lastly, I feel lucky that Matt Gouin was the techician who installed the upgrades. I know that he takes each task very seriously and has a lot of pride in his work. This is why I continue to do business here at Norwood. More
Had my e93 M3 Convertible in a number of times for a very troubling issue with the passenger seat belt. I had 2 different service advisors manage the service on the car to have it come back with the same iss troubling issue with the passenger seat belt. I had 2 different service advisors manage the service on the car to have it come back with the same issue, or comments around it behaving "the way it should". I knew that this wasn' true, and needed someone who would take ownership of the issue, work in conjunction with the garage foreman, and get my car working properly and safely. Teresa looked up the history, saw the issues that had transpired, and vowed to make it right. She worked closely with the shop foreman, communicated progress and setbacks, and made sure that we were workign towards a common goal. The shop ended up having to consult with the BMW AG tech team, and was finally able to solve the issue. Teresa made the experience very aniexty free, showed a true sense of committment, and had a friendly and professional way about her and always stayed positive. It was truly a pleasure to work with her, and I wouldn't see anyone else at this point. This is my 3rd M3 from the Gallery, and I have always had a good experience with the Sales and Service staff. More

I've had a great deal of negative experiences when bringing my vehicles in for service over the years, until now! The BMW Gallery, and especially Teresa Mullen were able assist and advise me with the bringing my vehicles in for service over the years, until now! The BMW Gallery, and especially Teresa Mullen were able assist and advise me with the best course of action, while all the time treating me with the respect and courtesy I would expect when purchasing a luxury vehicle. Teresa went to great lengths to explain what was wrong and the best and most cost effective way to resolve my issues. Thanks Teresa!!! More

Every time I walk out from the Gallery she sure can light up my day like a sunshine it made my trip there a positive experience. I've been a customer of BMW Gallery in Norwood for years, and I drive all the way from the Boston area. I don't need to, because there are closer dealerships, but the service department at the BMW Gallery in and I drive all the way from the Boston area. I have enjoyed a long, informative, and friendly working relationship with Dan MacDonald. He is my BMW service expert. He's the man to call if I have a question about any kind of BMW service. And he takes the time out of his busy day to answer my questions. More
I am seriously questioning the integrity of the positive reviews written about Teresa Mullen. In late January I had a seriously inappropriate interaction with Teresa. At the time I told her I was going to reviews written about Teresa Mullen. In late January I had a seriously inappropriate interaction with Teresa. At the time I told her I was going to contact her Manager and the owner if necessary. After a "cooling off period", and a talk with another employee, I was under the impression Teresa was on her way out and that management was well aware of her sarcastic and hostile attitude. Considering this is not actually the case, I will be writing a very detailed letter about my experience. On a more positive note, the sales staff, technicians and all other employees I have dealt with in the last 10 years of being a loyal customer have been top notch. I will continue to be a customer, however I will avoid Teresa Mullen completely. More
