Honest dealership. I bought a used Audi Q5 in August for my mother from David Josephson and Tarek. I got a good deal and the buying process was simple. Shortly afterword I bought a used Audi Q5 in August for my mother from David Josephson and Tarek. I got a good deal and the buying process was simple. Shortly afterwords the car started having issues.... Never a good sign! I called up David and he immediatly sent a driver from Massachusets to New Hampshire (over 2 hours). They gave my Mother a loaner car and drove the Q5 back to Norwood, ordered parts from Germany and fixed everything. Then they brought it all the way back up to NH! The car was clean and in perfect working order, and with a full tank of gas. Since then the Q5 has been flawless. I figured David would tell me to bring it to a dealership and I'd have to go back and forth to get bmw gallery to pay for repairs. He was 100% hands on and made sure my mother and I didn't have to worry about anything. I've never had such good service from a used car dealership! I would recomend David Josephson and BMW Gallery to anyone looking for a good deal on a used car. This dealership stands by their word. More

Exceptional service and personable staff throughout I came in for a recall service on my ‘06 330xi. I had a great conversation with two service employees. The estimated time of service was spot on, and I came in for a recall service on my ‘06 330xi. I had a great conversation with two service employees. The estimated time of service was spot on, and they had available coffee and danishes while I waited. I checked out their basement, where they had some interesting vehicles tucked away: a modified e46 m3 and an e30 325 in stunning condition. When I came to pick up my car, it was washed and vacuumed and they also did a partial diagnosis of an oil leak, neither at any charge. This is not the first time I’ve been in for service or to purchase a vehicle from them. Overall, on every visit, my experience has been smooth and enjoyable. More

Service Your service team was great. My only compliant was your team didn’t clean the inside of the car. I don’t know if this is a special request but I had a Your service team was great. I pay a lot of money to drive your vehicle and would expect that this would come complimentary after ever service. When I owned my Mercedes they always cleaned the inside. Thanks, Andrea More
