It got down to the point where the sales manager came out with the price tag of the car and showed us that he could literally not take any more money off of the payment because they were already losing so that I could have the car I wanted. Bob, from client relations made the appointment for me to come in and expedited everything. I didn't waste time and everyone who I encountered from the receptionist to the lot people was friendly. Never felt pressured at any point and negotiating was smooth. The finance manager Jeffrey went over all my options and was very thorough. Tim, the delivery coordinator was the best and my M3 looked pristine. I've purchased vehicles from other dealers and would never consider going back again. However be assured that I'll only be doing business at BMW Gallery Norwood from now on! 5 stars. More

When I started talking to him about a new car, he was willing to work with me to on the car I wanted at the price I wanted. Adrian continually went out of his way to make the buying experience as easy as possible for me. On price - he worked with me and I ended up with a great deal. No one does it better than Adrian. Now this car is listed a used car , with 232 miles on it . Usually , the car odometer goes up , and not down . What that means _ the dealer was changing ( roll back ) the car milage ??? it is an fair practice procedure BMW gallery is doing ???? also they were forcing us to get a new BMW , with less features , but for the same price paid for the first leased BMW - $ 1, 800 .00- difference between the first and second car , and also not allowing us to get an lease agreement . Now , we are paying the lease for the old car , and having and much cheaper car , whit a lot of undisclosed safety issues !!!! Nice job BMW Gallery !!!! The worst of the worst experience I had on my life. We own 2 Audi A 8L . Nissan cars , but never ever had such bad experience !!! The WORST OF THE WORST !!!!!!! More

We went to Dealer Rater to find a high rated sales person at BMW Gallery in Norwood, MA. We found Jay Garant,contacted him and he informed me that he had been promoted and is no longer handling direct sellin at BMW Gallery in Norwood, MA. We found Jay Garant,contacted him and he informed me that he had been promoted and is no longer handling direct selling. After explaining to Jay that my wife (and I) do not enjoy the car buying experience he reassured me that he would have someone equally as professional contact me and that he would be in the back ground to ensure a low pressure buying experience. I found Jay to be very professional and pleasant to deal with and would recommend him. Soon after the call with Jay I received a call from Mario Carosi. Mario also reassured me that this would be a low pressure, pleasant experience. I set up an appointment with Mario for the next day and we meet with him. Both my wife and I found Mario to be very pleasant, knowledgeable and we're very happy with the experience. He is great! Here's where it started to go down hill. We are purchasing a new car for my wife and she wanted the new BMW 4 series convertible. Mario took us to look at one in their storage area and he walked us through all the features etc. That car was too high end for our needs so we discussed ordering one. He offered to let us drive a Coupe they had on the lot as it was very close to the one my wife would be ordering and we agreed. Mario brought the car to the front door and my wife sat in the drivers seat and I in the passenger seat. Mario then began to describe the features and while that process was going on a man walking by the front of the car turned and spit on the ground right on front of my wife and I and just kept walking. I asked Mario who that was and he told me it was Tom Murphy, their new car manager. We both said that was disgusting and went on the review of the 4 series. We test drove it and loved it. We returned and configured the car and Mario then took it to Tom Murphy who put a price on our trade that was $2,000.00 under KBB and informed Mario that he will not discount the 4 series convertible period due to this model being brand new. I told Mario had we known that we would have to pay full MSRP we never would have wasted his time. I apologized and he said that he would try to revisit the discount off MSRP the next day. As promised Mario called me the next morning and said that Tom Murphy decided to offer us an $800.00 discount but that's it, no more on the trade-in either. I thanked Mario for his time, great service and handling of our deal but that we would not over pay for a car under any circumstances, we just don't need a BMW that bad. We bought a new 2014 Audi the next day and had an excellent experience. If you are looking to purchase a BMW I would highly recommend Mario Carosi and Jay Garant but just ask if the BMW that you are looking to buy would be discounted before going to far. More
