(We had a good conversation. ) I was told twice to bring my BMW to Norwood to take care of a Recall. Both times the Recall was not conducted. This dealership was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Communication was poor, timelines were meaningless, and no one seemed to take responsibility for anything. I was advised to activate insuranc finish. Communication was poor, timelines were meaningless, and no one seemed to take responsibility for anything. I was advised to activate insurance for an issue that insurance does not even cover, and then staff became frustrated with me when I had to wait for clarification. It then took two and a half weeks just to complete a diagnostic, with little to no updates unless I chased them down myself. Because of their delays, I was forced to keep a rental car far longer than expected, resulting in thousands of dollars out of pocket. I raised concerns multiple times during the process, and there was absolutely no effort to mitigate the delays or acknowledge the financial burden they caused. The quoted service timelines were completely unreliable, and customer impact was clearly not a priority. If you value transparency, accountability, or your time and money, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. This was by far the worst dealership service experience I’ve had, and I wouldn’t trust them again. More

I had an amazing experience today in Norwood with Dan in the service department. He went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved with no questions asked. Other dealerships I have dealt with, the the service department. He went above and beyond to make sure my issue was resolved with no questions asked. Other dealerships I have dealt with, the service team has often been dismissive and done the bare minimum. I will request him specifically moving forward. I could not be happier! More
