I had been searching for a while for an Acura MDX which is not easy to find, especially with the right mileage and price. When I finally found one at BMW of Norwood, and realized it was also a hybrid with is not easy to find, especially with the right mileage and price. When I finally found one at BMW of Norwood, and realized it was also a hybrid with an advanced package, I knew I wanted to go see it. Mario was wonderful from start to finish. He was patient with all of my questions and made sure that every little concern I had was addressed. There really weren’t many issues with the car, but the few small things I did notice, Mario made sure they were taken care of. I never felt rushed or like I was being difficult for wanting everything right before taking the car home. I truly appreciate the care and attention he gave me throughout the whole process. I was also extremely impressed with the amount of work the service department put into my MDX before I took it home. They went through the vehicle, addressed everything that needed attention, and did a fabulous job. It really showed that they wanted to make sure the car was right and that I was happy with my purchase. Buying a used vehicle can be stressful, especially when you’ve spent so much time searching for a particular one, but Mario and the team at BMW of Norwood made the experience a great one. Even the receptionist (sorry, I forgot her name) is a sweetheart and I enjoyed chatting with her. I absolutely love my MDX and am so happy I found it there.
