You know what? I'm terribly disappointed that someone took my very treasured BMW keychain off my key I left with you which I had for many years and it looked almost I'm terribly disappointed that someone took my very treasured BMW keychain off my key I left with you which I had for many years and it looked almost brand new. I was handed my key back with an old keychain which was falling apart in my hand. Then Eric said the he will replace it and give me a new one, and he did. Theresa one he gave me was the same kind as the one that was put on my key. So, I know that was not my original treasured keychain. Of course I was glad to have my 2019 X2 car back from service, but I feel robbed of my treasured keychain. 🥲 More
