I recently purchased a BMW from BMW of Norwood. To say my experience was anything short of fantastic would be an understatement. I had the pleasure of working with Natasha Diaz as my salesperson, and I truly cannot say enough positive things about her, but more on that later. From the moment I called the dealership very early on a Monday morning, Bianca, who answered, was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, pairing me with a salesperson promptly. Over the course of the next week or so, I made numerous calls to the dealership with questions, and each and every time Bianca and her colleague Robert were quick to answer my calls, and transfer me to the correct person without posthaste. At the dealership, for the financing portion of the sale, I had the pleasure of working with Leslie. Leslie was nothing short of absolutely exceptional. She explained all my financing options clearly, with no attempts made at deception or obfuscation on what my rate, terms, and payments would be which I really appreciated. I also felt no pressure to purchase any warranty products or the like, and was fully empowered to make the decisions that most made sense for me. Towards the end of the sale process, as requested, I was presented with fully notarized original copies of all the paperwork signed that day, courtesy of onsite notary Andrea. This was especially helpful to me for dealing with my state’s Department of Motor Vehicles, and thus I am very grateful to Andrea for all her hard work in notarizing my documents. And last but not certainly not least, I would like for express my deepest gratitude and appreciation for my saleswoman Natasha Diaz. Natasha was nothing short of exceptional over the course of the time I got to work with her. From the moment I was connected with her, she was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, all traits I deeply appreciated. Natasha not only catered to my every whim, like requests for additional photos of videos of the car, but was proactive about giving me as much information on the car as possible. Once we had agreed on price over the phone, Natasha moved quickly to allow me to put a deposit on the car to hold it in my name. This meant that while we were waiting on the title to come in from the Massachusetts RMV, which would take a week or so, the car was effectively mine, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. What I appreciated the most about working with Natasha was her patience. As an out of state buyer multiple hours away, I had a litany of questions about the car, and I believe I called her no less than 20 times over the course of the sale process as we were waited on the car’s title to come in (this was necessary before the dealership was legally allowed to sell me the car). Natasha answered each and every time and was not only helpful, but eager to help and this made me much more at ease. I also appreciated the fact that Natasha took care of all the paperwork prior to my arrival at the dealership. This meant that after my multiple hour trek to the dealership, I was in and out in no time, with no hassle whatsoever. I also love the fact that there were no last minute price additions once I got to the dealership. The price Natasha quoted to me over the phone is the price I paid, and not a cent more. Being an out of state buyer, I had some unorthodox requests regarding vehicle registration and titling. Natasha not only worked with me on these asks, but advocated on my behalf to her management to help facilitate this car sale. I really cannot emphasize enough how much time, effort, and work Natasha put into ensuring that this transaction went smoothly. For this, I will be forever grateful. I would also like to shoutout finance manager Junior. I was connected with him when I had some unique questions and he was patient and helpful with me, assuaging any concerns or fears I had. I really enjoyed my car buying experience at BMW of Norwood, and would not hesitate to come back! More

Another absolute “10” experience in the Service Department. They detected a safety issue, brought it to my attention, and fixed upon approval.
