First and foremost I would have to say that I have purchased 5 BMW's in the past and never dealt with a more knowledgeable salesman than Robert Redcross. I thought he was one of the managers the way he handled my current situation.We met Robert while we were having our car looked at in service. He happened to be in the Cafe area and offered us a cup of coffee. We began a conversation which led to him asking why we were there. My car was in service and was being diagnosed for a problem (which we never found out what it was)Robert made a few suggestions and helped us trade out of it for a value I would say was more than fair and put us into a brand new BMW for a great deal. He was efficient and explained everything to us step by step. He assured me that he would be conscious of our time and get us out as quickly as possible as we had dinner guest coming to the house that evening.Morristown showed me that if a dealer values your business, they are willing to treat you like a more like family then just a sale. Moving forward I would only recommend Morristown BMW and specifically Robert Redcross who is a true asset to any sales oriented business. I wish I had had an opportunity to convey this to the General Manager hopefully he will see this. More

From prior experiences, I and many people can attest to a less than desirable level of attentiveness to a concern one might have from a dealership that had already acquired your business and so when I first called in to Morristown BMW about a problem, I was initially given vague answers and pawned off to different personnel to address my issue. So I went directly to Fabian and poof! Problem solved. So unlike me who lucked out by being paired with Fabian for my initial purchase, I highly recommend you ask for him by name. More
