Michele from the beginning seemed to understand my requirements with my lease and made the process very smooth. She was both efficient and gracious. Though my car did indeed need an alignment, I was not dismayed by the situation because Michele throught- out the process, took care of me. Purchased a certified preowned 2011 328I xdrive a few weeks ago. Drove over 2 hours to the dealership and it was worth it. Originally came in to just look at some options due to my Volvo being paid off i did not need a car at the moment. Dave insisted that i drive the 550 GT and i fell in love with the car, however the price bei Volvo being paid off i did not need a car at the moment.
