I went there on a busy Saturday afternoon and every sales person was with another customer, so I told the receptionist I'll come back later. Shravan over heard the conversation and said he can help me if I g person was with another customer, so I told the receptionist I'll come back later. He came back apologized for the wait and offered his assistance. I truthfully went in only to inquire about the 328xi, but had no intentions of buying one. Shravan took me on a test drive and went over every feature. He was thorough and extremely patient. There was no pressure, he wasn't pushy, and that is what made me decide I'm buying a car from this guy. I got a great deal on the car and drove it home that same day.
