Her understanding on the finance side is outstanding and this saves quite a bit of time when reaching an agreement. She also goes out of her way to make sure you're expectations are more than met when picking up the vehicle. I hate to sound like a bmw commerical but the bmw 650 convertible is the "ultimate driving machine", and I'm sure Michele and I will be looking at newer models in the future. Dennis Luc More
I had never purchased a BMW before and was not sure what to expect. Paulo was friendly, patient and professional. I was sent to the new car dealership side where they were keeping the used 2008 BMW M3 I was looking for and was forwarded to Paul who immediately greeted my father and I warmly and kindly. I had been researching pre-owned BMW 328 convertibles for a while and, after spotting a potential vehicle at BMW of Morristown, my wife and I made the trek from Edgewater to this dealership. This was my first upcoming BMW car purchase and was prepared to view many such vehicles in the week's to come but somehow fate drew us to this particular dealership. First impressions when arriving was that it was a well run enterprise with all the different vehicles, used and new, on display. Cafe and showrooms were neatly laid out and presented. We had no appointment nor did we expect to begin any serious negotiations - just to merely check out the car in question. We asked the reception lady for help in requesting an associate to show us the car. She called Fabian Rendon for us. Initially, before I met Fabian, I was apprehensive about meeting some pushy seasoned veteran salesman who would rub me the wrong way with his slick 'dealer double talk'. I was pleasantly surprised with Fabian, young guy in his thirties, who was quite down-to-earth and comfortably easy to deal with. Enthusiastic and helpful, he allowed me to test drive the car with no come-ons or conversation domination tactics. He seemed genuinely eager to be of helpful service. He took his time in carefully explaining all the intricacies of the 328 convertible, He even gently persuaded me to take it out with the top down and get a feel for the car. After deciding to purchase the car, the back-and-forth negotiations were cordial and I felt like I was dealing with a polite professional in Fabian. He was for the deal to be a win/win for both parties. His supervisor and finance manager, Miguel, also treated the entire negotiation process with respect and professionalism and in no time did I feel condescended or patronized - it was refreshing. Overall, a good experience. I have read other reviews to do with walk ups and how they were met with Fabian and treated well. Bottom line, if you are new to the dealership as a walk in, you cant go wrong if you ask for Fabian - you will have a stress-free experience. More

I went there on a busy Saturday afternoon and every sales person was with another customer, so I told the receptionist I'll come back later. Shravan over heard the conversation and said he can help me if I g person was with another customer, so I told the receptionist I'll come back later. Shravan over heard the conversation and said he can help me if I give him 2 minutes. I think he was finishing up with some other customers who looked like they'd enjoyed dealing with him so I waited. He came back apologized for the wait and offered his assistance. I truthfully went in only to inquire about the 328xi, but had no intentions of buying one. Shravan took me on a test drive and went over every feature. He was thorough and extremely patient. There was no pressure, he wasn't pushy, and that is what made me decide I'm buying a car from this guy. I got a great deal on the car and drove it home that same day. I recommend anyone looking for a friendly experience to ask for Shravan at BMW of Morristown. More
