Great customer service! I took my convertible to BMW Macon for an air conditioning issue. The staff in the Service Area were fantastic and exhibited the 3 “Ps”...professiona I took my convertible to BMW Macon for an air conditioning issue. Another Good Experience Had to return less than a week after my first visit in order to get a tire looked at again.
